Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €3.00 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax

Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 11:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €25.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Dear guest, we have not a 24\24 reception so we ask you to indicate the approximate time of your arrival in order to best meet your needs \ requests.
We have a automatic self check-in with a code in a keyboard and a card for the rooms so you will be autonomous to enter and exit without keys.
