I have been a guest for a few days at this small but delightful property. The room is a little gem immersed in the peace and silence of the countryside of Carpi, a few minutes by car from the center. Mirca was a discreet, very kind and super helpful host. The value for money is definitely remarkable. I recommend it without any doubt.

I travel often for work to Carpi and if available I always come here. Very clean and quiet environment, studio with everything you need (kitchenette, microwave, pots, plates, seasonings for cooking etc etc). Perfect structure for 1 or 2 people accommodation. Parking in front of the room and flexibility in check-in. Recommended.

Comfortable environment equipped with everything, absolutely everything, you need. Beautiful outdoor space with animals and a small sofa to enjoy the quiet of the place. We stayed with our one and a half year old daughter and we had a great time. Kind and helpful host, we felt at home. Highly recommended!

The best room I have ever seen compared to many bed & breakfasts and hotels. Managers always available and loving. To return to and recommend for short as well as long periods, as it is equipped with all comforts.
