Description
We are strategically located, just a 15-minute walk from the central station and a short distance from BolognaFiere.

The rooms are equipped with free and fast WiFi, a workspace, heating, air conditioning (Green Room and Blue Room) or a fan (Red Room), and a flat-screen TV with Netflix. The Red Room is also provided with an Xbox One console.

The kitchen will be included, offering a toaster, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, oven, and coffee machine. Washing machine is not available. The bathroom and kitchen will be shared.

If you are traveling with young children, you can request a baby cot.

Your four-legged friends are welcome! (Remember to specify that you will be accompanied by them).

Easily accessible on foot or by bus from the central station.

The property will be excellently connected through the nearby highways Autostrada A14 Fiera and Autostrada A13 Arcoveggio, which are located a short distance away.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 8 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 7 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

I was at a course in the center of Bologna, the location I found it excellent because in the center the parking is unfindable. Clean place, cozy room and comfortable and warm bed. Very nice and kind owner. If I have to find a single flaw, the shared bathroom, even if it didn't bother me. I enjoyed it very much.

Everything perfect, the rooms are well-kept and equipped with all the comforts: from the latest generation television to the pens on the desk, there's really everything! The owners are hospitable and really very kind. And cleanliness (fundamental) is impeccable. A truly positive experience, surely if we return to Bologna, we will return to Bologna Homestay.

I didn't expect it, everything was perfect. Nello was extremely friendly and above all available for everything. The room was very clean, with a shared bathroom that was still large and clean. For breakfast, there was a bit of everything. The property is a stone's throw from the station, you can get there in 10 minutes. I am really satisfied to have chosen Homestay and will definitely return.

Incredible! Very good attention and location. Totally comfortable, even if there are other people staying. Very clean, with all the necessary services to make a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for getting to know Bologna.

It is a well located accommodation 15 minutes walk from the train and bus station. We also walked to the city center. Clean, with spacious rooms and comfortable bed. It has a kitchen, WiFi and TV. Quite complete breakfast included. On a street where there are numerous restaurants to choose from (Chinese, Japanese, African, Italian, etc.). We felt at home. The bathroom is shared but, as there are only 3 rooms, it has not caused us any problems, it was always available. In addition, Mari and Nello are lovely. We will return without any problem next time...

Comfortable and clean B&B, with a fully equipped kitchen for breakfast. Kind and hospitable owners, they recommended places to visit, restaurants with typical cuisine, and good ice cream. We will come back.
