Lovely and bright studio located on the first floor of an ancient building. Completely renovated in 2016. It is ideal for a couple with kids. It has a cooking area, a double bed, a double sofa bed and a bathroom with all comforts (toilet, bidet and shower).
The studio is located in “Nazario Sauro” street, in the hearth of the historic city center, at few meters from 2 Towers and main square. In a wonderful ancient street full of movida. A street well served by public transports (the bus stop is near the house), from which you can reach the central station (also on foot in 10min) and the airport.
Nearby there are several typical restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and a laundromat.
Limited traffic area.

The location is excellent. The structure is minimal, really necessary if you do not need to stay in the structure for more than two hours, but just to sleep and take a shower. There are no tools to put the clothes on, except for shelves. There is no hook in the bathroom. For me, being quite tall, it was further difficult since it is an attic. Nevertheless, the experience is not negative. It just needs to be "filled" a bit with useful tools to better manage the stay.

Great little apartment located in the heart of the historic center. Easy to get around everywhere even for those who don't know the city. Well-served area, full of shops, restaurants, pharmacy, and supermarkets just a few steps away. Really satisfying.

Highly recommended place for its location, practically on Piazza Maggiore. The downside is that there were other very noisy guests in the same structure.

It was a beautiful and peaceful place. The owner welcomed us well and we had no problems. There is a fridge, electric cooker, some pots and cutlery which allowed us to prepare our own meals if we wanted. The place is right in the heart of the city so you can easily visit different places in your own way. It was time well spent.

A splendid room where I was pleased to return. I had been here for my first trip to Bologna in 2019, and I wanted to try again in the same property a year later. A pleasant apartment, a stone's throw from the center, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Prompt responses and excellent attention to the customer. If I were to return to Bologna, I really hope there is still a free room.

The room is a bit small and with few accessories, especially in the small bathroom towels could not be hung, the Wi-Fi did not work for a few days. Nevertheless, it is worth recommending, especially for the central location.

Structure in the center of Bologna and very convenient to visit the city. The manager who welcomed us upon our arrival is very friendly and helpful. If we pass through Bologna again, we will definitely come back.

The room is really tiny, a bit too much. The location is excellent, the lady who welcomed us, really kind; the room is equipped with what is needed in the kitchen, honestly a bit claustrophobic the bed closed on three sides and in the bathroom there is a lack of some support.
