Description
Lovely and bright studio located on the first floor of an ancient building. Completely renovated in 2016. It is ideal for a couple with kids. It has a cooking area, a double bed, a double sofa bed and a bathroom with all comforts (toilet, bidet and shower).

The studio is located in “Nazario Sauro” street, in the hearth of the historic city center, at few meters from 2 Towers and main square. In a wonderful ancient street full of movida. A street well served by public transports (the bus stop is near the house), from which you can reach the central station (also on foot in 10min) and the airport.

Nearby there are several typical restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and a laundromat.

Limited traffic area.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 10 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

It was a beautiful and peaceful place. The owner welcomed us well and we had no problems. There is a fridge, electric cooker, some pots and cutlery which allowed us to prepare our own meals if we wanted. The place is right in the heart of the city so you can easily visit different places in your own way. It was time well spent.

A splendid room where I was pleased to return. I had been here for my first trip to Bologna in 2019, and I wanted to try again in the same property a year later. A pleasant apartment, a stone's throw from the center, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Prompt responses and excellent attention to the customer. If I were to return to Bologna, I really hope there is still a free room.

La camera è un pò piccolina e con pochi accessori, specialmente nel piccolo bagno non si potevano appendere gli asciugamani, non ha funzionato il Wi-Fi per alcuni giorni. Ciò nonostante è da consigliare soprattutto per la posizione centrale.

Appartamento piccolo ma comodo, centralissimo, caldo e accogliente. Non ho dubbi nel prenotarlo ancora nel caso in cui dovessi tornare.

Struttura in centro a Bologna e comodissima per visitare la città. Il gestore che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo simpaticissimo e disponibile. Qualora passassimo di nuovo da Bologna sicuramente ci torneremo.

La stanza è davvero piccolissima, un po' troppo. La posizione è ottima, la signora che ci ha accolto, davvero gentile; la stanza è dotata di ciò che occorre in cucina, sinceramente un po' claustrofobico il letto chiuso su tre lati e nel bagno mancano un po' di appoggi.
