The property should be improved with new beds and, above all, that sofa bed should be removed because it is impossible to sleep on. The accommodation should be renovated and those curtains should be thrown away, as they are dirty and lie on the floor.

Host not attentive to guests' needs and to the maintenance of the property. The heating boiler was leaking water and kept stopping. Cleaning was insufficient: refrigerator, oven, some drawers poorly cleaned and sofa with stains. Convenient location to reach the city center or the Sant'Orsola Polyclinic.

Good bed, good location, very professional/kind host(es), easy check in/out, elevator. Excellent small restaurants in the neighbourhood, Carrefour Express supermarket on 100m. Only points to consider: Bathroom stays very humid and we had to close the valve of the bidet. Halogen for cooking and twisted pans (advise to change the halogen for induction and buy new pots & pans). Upper tenants made a lot of noise (that is them, not the landlords fault) but I will surely book again (and then rent the upper apartment). Clean and charming! Worth to book again.
