The "Bilocale Mentana 21" is a delightful apartment located on one of the most important streets in Parma. It is situated on the second floor of a recently built building and is equipped with an elevator. Its location is fantastic: it is located on Viale Mentana, just a few steps from the city center, just outside the limited traffic zone. Just 100 meters away is the pedestrian zone of Via Repubblica, and in a few minutes on foot, you can reach the Cathedral, the Baptistery, and other places of interest in the city.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all comforts, from the equipped kitchen to the wifi connection. It is easily accessible by car, and it is possible to park on the blue lines on the street (for a fee) from 9 am to 7 pm, while it is free in the evening and on Sundays. Alternatively, there is the possibility of parking at the Barilla Center Parking, where there is also a supermarket, a cinema, and restaurants.

The train station is about 1 km from the apartment, and it is conveniently reachable on foot or by public transport n.11 or n.21. The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests, who can enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay in Parma.
