I am renting an elegant apartment in Parma, located in a quiet and residential area (near Barilla Center/Stadium). It is surrounded by greenery and just a short walk from the historic center, making it ideal for tourists, business travelers, or students in need of temporary accommodation.
The price is 55 Euros per night for one person and 70 Euros per night for two people. Discounts are available for stays longer than a week.
The apartment has sleeping arrangements for one double bed, one double sofa bed, and one single sofa bed. There is a bus stop right outside the building that goes to the train station and city center. Additionally, there is a taxi stand just a few meters away. The apartment is easily accessible from exit number 2 on Via Mantova.

One night only. We wanted a B&B near the stadium. Great location. The owner was friendly and attentive. He reserved the parking spot in front of the property by parking his car there until our arrival.

Discreet and helpful owners. A few minutes from the bus stop and still close to the city center, if you want to take a walk in half an hour you are in the center. Only note: I would replace the shower with the bathtub.
