Description

You find at 810 m. above sea level in the heart of the Appennino Modenese in front of Monte Cimone. In this area various castles and ancient churches can be visited. There are also signalled naturalistic tracks as well as natural beauties and ancient medieval villages to be discovered. We are 50 kms. from Modena, few kilometres from the little town of Pavullo and a few more from the ski-resort of Piane di Mocogno, belonging to the larger ski-district of Monte Cimone. Our B&B is located in am indipendent house right in the centre of the village of Polinago. We have 4 nice double bedrooms with private bathrooms. Each rooms has color tv. Open all year round. Possibility of garage for motorcycles. the structure is now completely renovated.

In our breakfast, you will find fragrant branded pastries, assorted jams with biscuits, yogurt and fruit juices of various flavors, chocolate and classic taste cereals.

With a little notice when you book, we prepare homemade pies and cakes with organic jams to give a touch of delicacy to your breakfast.

If there are children, you will find mini packs of Nutella and assorted biscuits.

The drinks are available for "self-service": milk, cappuccino, espresso coffee, moka coffee, tea, chamomile, herbal teas.

Even in the evening, if you feel the need, you can have cold and hot drinks available.

You can enjoy breakfast at the time that suits you best, we do not set limits.

Very clean property that looks new or just renovated. Small single room but with functional bathroom and huge shower box. Very kind managers. Breakfast area (kitchen) very cozy and with everything you need for breakfast (almost everything packaged, but given the really low price, it's more than good!). In the center of the village of Polinago, you can quickly reach a couple of affiliated restaurants where you will receive a discount if you stay at the B&B.

Excellent everything! We had a wonderful time: welcomed with a smile, accommodated in uniquely harmonious rooms in terms of colors, very clean, with all the necessary comforts, very quiet, not to mention the breakfast.. biscuits, delicious pie, every kind of drink, fruit! \n Ideal place to relax, to take long walks in the greenery, surrounded by friendly and helpful people. \n Try it and you will agree with me. Ottime le camere ristrutturate di recente. Pulizia superba. Ottime le colazioni e le torte fatte in casa, manca solo un po' di pane fresco. Grande disponibilità, cortesia e cordialità. Unico appunto il rumore dalla strada quando in paese vi sono feste, per il resto un soggiorno fantastico.

While the decor was very dated, the welcome was warm, the water was hot, the bed was comfortable and the property well maintained. We would definitely stay again.
