Over the past 25 years, the Bed & Breakfast La Cicala has been dedicated to providing smiles and a warm, familial atmosphere, offering a welcoming service to our guests as if they were part of our community.
Nestled in the lush greenery of the peaceful Ravenna countryside, our establishment is strategically located near key tourist attractions along the Romagna coast, including the city of Ravenna, the Mirabilandia Park—just a 10-minute drive away—Marina di Ravenna, Classe, Cervia, Milano Marittima, and Cesenatico.
The Bed & Breakfast features single, double, triple, and quadruple rooms, all equipped with air conditioning and ventilation.
Each room comes with a private bathroom complete with amenities, furnished with sheets, blankets, and towels, and is cleaned daily.
Guests can also take advantage of a kitchenette, and we offer bicycles for local nature excursions (please request in advance for availability).
The B&B includes a dining area for lunches and dinners, with the option of using a kitchenette. Please note that there are no audio or video devices in this space.
We provide complimentary Wi-Fi for connecting to a fast private internet line, with the password given at check-in.
For both adults and children, we have a spacious green park with playground equipment.
Since January 2011, the Bed & Breakfast has been using renewable energy sources that are environmentally friendly through a photovoltaic system.

Mirabilandia is just a 10-minute drive away, and the city of Ravenna is also 10 minutes from here. The beach areas of Marina di Ravenna are 15 minutes away, along with Milano Marittima and Cervia, which are both 15 minutes from us, and Cesenatico is 15 minutes as well. Rimini is a 40-minute journey. Forlì Airport is only 10 minutes away, as is the Forlì train station. We can arrange transportation to and from our B&B, the train station, and the airport upon request. Additionally, we are 50 minutes from Bologna's G. Marconi International Airport.

We have just returned from a wonderful week spent at B&B La Cicala and beyond the optimal location for reaching various parks on the Riviera, especially Mirabilandia which is very close, beyond the room, which is very spacious, airy, clean with an attached very large terrace where you can bask in the cool during the evenings, what delighted us most about this place was the friendliness and availability of the owners, Maria and Alberigo, who made us feel at home. Not to forget the breakfast, really excellent and plentiful with really delicious homemade cakes. We will definitely return.

We had the opportunity to visit this B&B while passing through on a family trip. It was a beautiful discovery, the owners were of a unique kindness and courtesy, the room is very clean and equipped with everything. The wonderful garden with games for children, what can I say... highly recommended.

Excellent location in the countryside and easily accessible. Rooms furnished in a somewhat improvised way, but equipped with the essentials. Poor cleanliness: I found the inside and the rim of the toilet dirty (a very visible and easily identifiable stain).

We stayed for 5 days, we had a great time, they welcomed us immediately as if we were their own grandchildren. My children call the two hosts 'the little grandparents' as they have grown fond of them. The B&B is located 10 minutes away from the amusement parks (Mirabilandia, Safari), it is surrounded by greenery and extremely well-kept. Numerous games for children in the garden. Highly recommended.

We were very happy to have found availability at such short notice on a holiday weekend. Our hosts were very friendly and eager to learn about who we are. They were equally open in sharing about themselves. Their experience at being hosts is evident in the ease they feel around their guests. They were particularly welcoming of our dachshund. We thoroughly enjoyed driving out of the city of Ravenna and finding ourselves in the open countryside, surrounded by apple orchards, wheat fields, radishes and silence. We highly recommend La Cicala for those who are looking for an experience a little different from that offered in a typical hotel.

The best aspect of this beautiful bed & breakfast is definitely the hospitality: Mrs. Maria and Mr. Alberico, but also Cheryl, Filippo and little Philip made us feel truly at home and for this we thank them from the bottom of our hearts. We had to cut our stay short due to personal problems and left with tears in our eyes. Our room (clean and functional) with private bathroom was on the ground floor and we also had a large and well-equipped adjoining kitchen. The breakfast was rich and genuine. We really enjoyed ourselves!
