Nestled in the green hills surrounding Reggio Emilia, our house offers a simple, family style hospitality.
It is located at a distance of 2km from Albinea, 4km from Scandiano and 10km from the city of Reggio Emilia.
The S. Maria Nuova Hospital of Reggio Emilia is ten minutes away and the Fiera di Reggio Emilia can be reached within fifteen minutes.
A perfect location for cyclists and motorcyclists exploring the Modena and Reggiano Appenines, our house offers ample, covered storage for equipment, bicycles and motorcycles. A washing machine and drying rack are also available.
The two double rooms (one of which has additional space for 3rd. or 4th beds) are sunny, comfortable and quiet.
They are autonomous from the main residence and have WiFi access. amenities are included: a completely equipped kitchen, board games and books, a 3000 m. garden wherefamilies with children can play freely during summer months while enjoying domestic pets and close contact to nature. Medical assistance and baby sitting services are also available upon request.
At a close distance from the house are clubs Lo Stradello and La Razza with outdoor and indoor swimming pools, horseback riding, tennis courts at Circolo di Albinea e Canali, golf club and Spa Matilde di Canossa.
Guests here for work or study can relax by taking walks among natural and geo-archeological paths departing directly from the house.
Our B&B is also at an excellent point of departure for visiting the matildi castles (www. matildedicanossa. it), the Parco Naturale Matildico di Montalto, the Parco Nazionale Tosco Emiliano (walk or climb on the Bismantova stone), villas, castles and archeological sites.
The area is situated within the enology-gastronomical zone of the "strada dei vini e dei sapori" (www. stradaviniesapori. it) which offers the possibility to purchase local specialties such as grana cheese, parmigiano reggiano, balsamic vinegar, and a variety of salami and local wines (Lambrusco and the white of Puianello and Scandiano). The typical "Osterie" restaurants will acquaint you with a wide variety of local dishes: green or pumpkin tortellini, cappelletti, tigelle, gnocco fritto, zampone, cotechini, erbazzone, torta di riso ……
Our breakfasts always include pastries and marmalades of our own making. Upon request vegan breakfasts are also available.

The accommodation is welcoming, very clean, located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery but still close to the amenities offered by a small center. Mrs. Mara was really very kind, caring, and willing to meet all my needs. Comfortable beds, scented sheets and towels, delicious and abundant breakfast... Exceptional, I felt like at home!

Forse non ci siamo intesi bene. Per quanto riguarda la televisione, ho controllato ed era perfettamente funzionante. In ogni modo io abito a fianco e se aveva dei problemi poteva contattarmi e avremmo risolto in breve. I arrived at Mara's place by chance and with short notice, as I had to find accommodation for work in a few days. I was surprised by her friendliness from the first contacts via email. When I actually went to see the B&B Rosati, I felt at home, something I didn't experience in the other places I had considered. The location is great for anyone practicing sports such as running, mountain biking or road cycling, just a moment away from beautiful and well-kept trails, such as the Cà del Vento di Borzano loop, the Canossa route, and the Matildico trail. The landscapes and the surrounding panorama are wonderful.\n\nI felt at home because of the friendliness, hospitality, and at the same time the privacy that distinguishes Mara and her family. For almost two months, it felt like being part of the family, that's it. Her sweet dogs. The little attentions. The freedom to come back at any time, always respecting the other guests. Excellent value for money. If I had to return to Reggio Emilia, for any reason, I will know where to go!
