Description

B&B "Be my guest" - located at via Pietro Giardini 645/2 Modena. Situated just 1.8 km from the historic center with a bus stop right outside the building in a modern apartment complex with an elevator. Free parking available.

New furnishings and a small terrace for smokers. Within a 5-minute drive: Baggiovara hospital, Policlinico, Esperia hospital.

Within walking distance, there are three supermarkets, a pizzeria-restaurant, a Japanese-Chinese restaurant, and a vegan bar-restaurant.

Breakfast is available upon request and is served by us in the cozy living room with a balcony.

The possibility of returning in the evening at any time.

The accommodation is located on a very busy road. From the outside the house appears unfinished. The kitchen was unfortunately not very clean, particularly the fridge. Breakfast was not provided, even though we had ordered it. Normally bed and breakfast hosts give good tips for places to eat. That was not the case here. Everything proceeded quickly and smoothly. Conclusion: Fine for one night, but not again, as the accommodation is also about 1.8 km from the town centre.

The B&B is in an apartment that also has parking. There is an elevator. Aesthetically, both the apartment and the room have a very nice design. My room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. The bathroom was private and the shower had a perfect temperature and was easy to adjust. A good hairdryer was also available. The room had air conditioning and a television, but I did not use either. There is also a kitchen, simple and functional, somewhat basic in terms of utensils but with a refrigerator, freezer, stovetop and microwave that all worked perfectly. Alternatively, there are plenty of places to eat nearby for all types of budgets. There is a terrace available to all guests where you can smoke outdoors. The owner is very kind and smiley. The only negative aspect was the noise: you can hear the cars on the road and some voices from other apartments, but these are not constant noises, so late in the evening everything was quiet and I slept well.

Everything is fine. The owner was very courteous and always very quick in responding to requests. The street is a bit busy, but very convenient to the city center and with many services within walking distance. Excellent value for money. The use of the kitchen is always convenient. I will definitely keep it in mind for future occasions.

In base alla vostra descrizione vi era inclusa la colazione con l'aggiunta di 1€... alla fine parlando con il gestore ci informava che il servizio colazione non esiste, spiegando che al momento per motivi tecnici la struttura non era predisposta ed era il sito che riportava un informazione errata. Per il resto una stanza arredata per il minimo indispensabile, comunque sufficiente per l'ospitalità, nel mio caso per una notte. Comodo per il parcheggio auto, anche se poco illuminato. Con meno di 10 minuti di macchina si è in centro. Riscaldamento non autonomo ma condominiale fino alle 11 di sera, comunque sufficiente. Tutto sommato positivo.

The room is very clean and equipped with a TV and air conditioning, the comfortable bed allows for adequate rest. We had a huge private bathroom with quality towels. The breakfast was to our liking because it is the same as we have at home: milk, coffee, yogurt, jams, toast, fruit juices, cereals, and cookies. Very satisfied. Privileged location because it's a 5-minute drive from the center and with parking in front of the structure. I recommend closing the windows because the road is a bit busy. Highly recommended for visiting Modena. The owner is very lovely and kind.

The room is inside an apartment where there are two other rooms. The apartment is in a condominium that has a large free parking lot. In front of the condominium, two buses pass that go directly to the city center in just 15 minutes. The owner welcomed us kindly.

The lady who welcomed us was very nice and helpful, she was flexible with the check-in time. The property is in a great location near the city center, there is a parking lot right in the driveway adjacent to the property and bus stops nearby. The residential area is quiet. The room is very cozy, bright, and spacious. My cousin and I had a great time. We will come back.

Lovely apartment and incredibly clean! My compliments to the lady for the management of her B&B, the well-equipped and functional kitchen (I would just add a small microwave), the location is very convenient! Highly recommended.

Beautiful structure completely renovated from an old country house immersed in nature, furnished with new and modern furniture. Located just outside Modena, a 10-minute drive from the center. Fully equipped with everything: free wifi, mini-bar, hairdryer, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, mosquito net on the window, towels, little soap sets. Rich breakfast with excellent pies, cakes, and homemade cookies. The owner and his daughter are very kind and always available. Excellent value for money paid. When we return to Modena, we will go to this B&B without thinking twice. Highly recommended!

This is my first booking experience using this site. And I really liked this apartment! It is very clean, bright, and has brand new furniture in all rooms, even in the kitchen. Raysa was very helpful and provided us with all the important information we needed. Also, it doesn't take too much time to get to the historical center, and there are some food supermarkets close to the apartment and a big park with a lake. My recommendation to everyone who wants to visit Modena.
