Description
The B&B Villino Margherita is a recently renovated 1930s building, surrounded by a large private garden, located in the countryside in a quiet area in the municipality of San Lazzaro di Savena. Guests can park their cars on the property.
STRUCTURE
The B&B is built on two floors: the ground floor consists of a kitchen used for the guests' breakfast, a double bedroom with attached bathroom outside the room. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms (with en suite bathroom) and a single bedroom with private bathroom outside the
room.
The rooms are equipped with new furniture, air conditioning, free WiFi, TV and heating.
The continental breakfast is prepared in the kitchen, where each guest can serve himself freely thanks to the use of the drinks machine (coffee, cappuccino, cold / hot tea, cold / hot milk.).
Small pets are allowed.
HOW TO REACH THE B&B VILLINO MARGHERITA
2 minutes from the highway.
Motorway exit: once you have paid the toll and entered the ring road, take the first exit, which will take you to a roundabout. Take the first right (via caselle) continue for 100 m and immediately after the underpass turn left into via Zinella. Take via Zinella for 400 m, then turn right onto via Russo.
Tangenziale exit 13: you will find yourself on a roundabout; take the third exit and immediately after the Il Casale restaurant turn right onto via ZInella. Take via Zinella for 400 m, then turn right onto via Russo.
CONNECTIONS
The property is located 800 m from the motorway exit and the ring road entrance.
It is therefore possible to reach the Fiera area or the airport in 15 minutes.
Also 500 m away is the San Lazzaro station which takes you to Bologna station in 5 minutes.
It is mandatory to move with your own vehicle, or if requested in advance, it is possible to have a shuttle service.

Easy to reach. Clean. Quiet area. It would be convenient to provide the room with a small table and chair, and the bathroom with towel holders. If needed, we will return to stay at this property.

Very comfortable property, immersed in the green countryside but only 15 minutes by car (perhaps a little less) from the center of Bologna. Emanuele (the manager) is friendly and very helpful. The only thing, for personal tastes, I would add some fresh fruit, but considering the quality/price ratio I can only be still satisfied! I recommend it.

The reason we chose B&B Villino Margherita was its convenient position between our home and the port of Ancona. Bathroom facilities are shared with other rooms. Our room was spacious, as were the kitchen and lounge. We were disappointed with the quality of breakfast. We did not find fresh bread or milk. We benefited from a good rate. However, the price-performance ratio should be improved. On our return home, we stayed in a 4-star hotel including breakfast for a similar price in Pesaro on the beachfront.

Let's start with the positive notes: The B&B Villino Margherita is located within the manager's property. The building is right next to his house, in a huge garden. The place is enchanting, with large trees that make you feel great even in hot weather, all surrounded by wheat fields. It's right at the highway exit and two minutes by car from the city center. I chose it for this reason. The double room is large, there are two shared bathrooms, a kitchen with everything (washing machine, oven, dishwasher), and a room with the TV. The owner is an easy-going guy. Plus, living next door, if you need anything, you have no problem. Negative but constructive notes: The room had a lot of dust, and the situation didn't change in the following days. The linen and bathroom cleaning were impeccable, but there was a lot of dust. I recommend the owner to take better care of this aspect, as well as to improve the breakfast. The same four things for four days in a row. Nothing special. On the last day, the only jam I liked was also finished and not replaced. However, it takes little to do better. A bit too annoying is the constant (even every 5 minutes) noise of the train, as the tracks are about fifty meters away. But nothing particularly prohibitive. I highly recommend it, and in February, I should return to San Lazzaro for a training course, and I will definitely return to Villino Margherita. I recommend it.

Sono stata al Villino Margherita per due settimane, in quanto mi trovavo a San Lazzaro di Savena per un corso formativo. Beh che dire è come essere a casa! Dopo le giornate in mezzo alla confusione, quando rientravo la sera potevo rilassarmi al 100% grazie all'ottima posizione della struttura in quanto molto vicina al centro di San Lazzaro ma nello stesso tempo immersa nelle campagne! La casa è molto bella, grande e fresca. La cucina è grande e spaziosa così come il salotto. Nonostante nella descrizione i 2 bagni siano in comune, con sole 3 camere da letto non si è presentato alcun tipo di problema.
La camera era spaziosa, fresca, dotata di condizionatore, tv, wifi, e zanzariere alle finestre. Come fiore all'occhiello lo splendido giardino a disposizione della clientela!
I gestori sono molto cordiali e molto disponibili a venire in contro ad esigenze particolari.
Di sicuro se tornerò a San Lazzaro alloggerò al Villino Margherita!
