The Villa Brizzi Bed & Breakfast is located in an exclusive context, a historic villa just a few minutes from the center of Bologna, surrounded by a 4000 m2 park.

It is 1 km from the A14 San Lazzaro tollbooth, a few kilometers from the main city hospitals.

We are at the entrance to the Parco dei Gessi and the badlands of Abadessa, next to the Grotta della Spipola.

The Bed & Breakfast Villa Brizzi. has 3 rooms that can also be rented as a single room at a revised price.

Suggestive is the view from the attic over the roofs of the city and the hill. The center of Bologna can be easily reached in 20 minutes with line 11 B.

Fantastic welcome. Francesco and Ionela made me feel at home and welcome in their magical world. The property is surrounded by greenery, quiet and close to the city. The structure is very welcoming and family-friendly. The managers were very kind. The breakfast is excellent and abundant: compliments to the lady for the blueberry jam cake! We will definitely return in 2025 for the new edition of the Independent Winemakers Market Fivi.

Very nice welcome, the hosts do everything for you and the location is ideal because with bus 11b you are in the center of Bologna in 30 minutes. Recommended.

Good afternoon Mrs. Ionela, I write my review with delay due to commitments, as you well know, due to my mother's problems. I left feeling fresh and rested the morning after a divine breakfast, to say the least! I felt excellent in the structure. The Villa is a paradise. Surely around July of this year I will redo a health vacation, as I like to say. This Villa is connected with a bus stop 200 meters away from the center of Bologna. Your excellent family hosted us with heart and kindness to me and my wife. A dear hug to all of you. Franco and Annamaria from Montesilvano, PE.

Very kind hosts, extremely clean and tidy room. We slept peacefully and woke up among birds and flowers. Really pleasant. Not suitable for those looking for luxury or design, but really pleasant for the simplicity of a kind welcome.

I don't like to talk and write a lot, but I can't help but write a review of this B&B facility for its excellent management, made up of highly professional people and especially for the peace and quiet I experienced staying inside... a majestic Villa immersed in greenery where you can breathe the air of nature but at the same time just a few kilometers from the city center.

Beautiful villa, located near the park and very quiet. A true Bed & Breakfast, where you can have breakfast in the kitchen with the family. Friendly and helpful. The center of Bologna is easily reachable within 20 minutes by bus. Nearby there is the restaurant 'Guglielmo', where we had the best pizza and pasta of our lives. We highly recommend the B&B!

Beautiful place in a special setting with a special family that welcomed us like close relatives. Spacious rooms, furnished with great care, maximum cleanliness. Mrs. LIONELA very kind, every evening prepared exceptional, perfect and tasty desserts for a delicious breakfast with juices, yogurt, and various chocolates, nougat, etc. Mr. Francesco extremely helpful, very attentive and professional, always ready to advise us on where to go and how to get there.
