The place had everything necessary: very clean bathroom, good amenities and even a coffee machine, which is always a plus. In addition, the location is key, very close to the train station, which makes getting around much more convenient.

Property in an excellent location, at the railway entrance on Via Caracci. There are many places to eat nearby. Communication with the host was excellent; the check-in instructions were simple and entry was easy. The room with a private bathroom was clean, tidy, cozy, and very reasonably priced. For me, excellent.

The B&B is very convenient, 20 meters from the Central Station, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and has a large shower with a dispenser. It would be appropriate to add an electric kettle for hot drinks, although there is a coffee machine with two pods (perhaps a few more). The self check-in service is excellent. The host is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is beautiful and spacious. There is a lovely coffee machine and shower. We were catching an early morning flight so chose the accommodation because of its closeness to the airport shuttle which is just across the road. However, it is also a perfect location for the train station and to visit the city centre which was just a 20 minute walk. \nWe would definitely recommend this accommodation and will definitely stay geee again.

We stayed from 5th to 7th March, we had a great time, beyond our expectations. Being right outside the station, we were afraid that the noise of the trains would prevent us from sleeping, but the high-speed trains pass many floors underground so you can't hear anything. The room and bathroom were very clean, the cleaning lady was very friendly and nice. We didn't see the owner but he always made sure to know if we were okay and if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here if we come back to Bologna. Highly recommended.
