The accommodation is in a somewhat dated house, with simple furnishings and an environment that could use some renovation. Pier Angelo was really kind and helpful, he welcomed us politely and was attentive to our needs. Unfortunately, there is a smell of smoke in the house, which also gets into the bedroom. This is certainly a big problem for non-smokers.

Pier is super nice and frankly up to expectations: welcome, friendliness, cleanliness of the rooms and sanitary spaces - moreover, a place very accessible for the cyclist that I am. In two words, I highly recommend it.

The information in the profile is not accurate. No restaurant, no kitchenette, etc. It is a dirty room (torn bed sheets). The bathroom is next to the room. The living room and kitchen are occupied by the landlord and all the rooms smell of smoke (the owner smokes heavily) and his dog barks constantly and comes into the room. No sauna, no whirlpool. Not recommended. Sorry, but all the information and photos are not what one expects.

The owner is very courteous. We, two friends, found ourselves very well thanks to his discreet and cordial hospitality. The B&B consists of two rooms in the owner's house. The one we stayed in has a dedicated bathroom, which is very clean. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. From the window, you can also enjoy a pleasant view of the Piacenza hills. For intellectual honesty, it is also fair to warn that the B&B is not marked on Google Maps and that the location is not central with respect to the activities available in the area. It is still an activity managed with care and availability for anyone looking for a safe place to stay in the Piacenza area.
