Super satisfied! We spent a weekend (specifically Saturday and Sunday) to participate in a competition, my companion and I. Giovanni was really great, kind, helpful, we felt welcomed and at home. Clean and tidy structure, we found everything we needed for accommodation, the air conditioning really saved us with these temperatures, so it's great. In the room, we found two nice bottles of fresh water offered by Giovanni and coffee for the possible breakfast. Everything was great, I will recommend it if asked. I would return without problems.

I stayed for one night. The studio is beautiful and the decor is modern. It has a really nice little balcony. The owner is truly an exceptional person; he explains how to get around and gives you advice on everything. What can I say? If I pass by that area again, I already know where to go.

The studio is very new and clean, it has all the necessary services, including a microwave and a hairdryer. The location is also excellent: within a few minutes walk you can reach the bus stop and the station, a restaurant and a pastry shop. In just 10 minutes by train you arrive in the center of Bologna, and the B&B is also not far from the airport and the Unipol Arena. Mr. Giovanni is very kind and helpful.

We spent one night at the Terrazza Marconi. Excellent welcome, friendly, nice, and proactive host in answers and advice. New room, excellent in size and well equipped. Large bathroom with a nice shower. Bus stop to get to the center of Bologna is a two-minute walk (travel time, traffic permitting, 20 minutes). The internal parking was highly appreciated. Definitely a reference point in Bologna.

Brand new studio with just the right size on the ground floor but within a secure and fenced private area. New and comfortable bed, kitchenette with everything needed for a small refreshment. Coffee machine with capsules kindly provided and water for the days of the stay. Very kind and very helpful manager for everything. The property is located 300 meters from the station that takes you to Bologna Center in 6 minutes every half hour and close to bus stops. Perfect area for those who do not like to stay in the center but with the convenience of being able to go there without having a car. I had a great time and hope to return soon.

Giovanni is an exemplary host, he welcomes you, explains everything in great detail and is supportive if you need useful information. Rarely have I come across such people while traveling. From the information requests Giovanni immediately proved to be kind and helpful. Modern style studio located in a quiet area but close to everything: stadium, center, airport, all reachable in max 10/15 minutes by car. Very clean and spacious, it has a private terrace to spend some time outdoors, air conditioning, fridge, microwave oven, private parking... it's like being at home. Also available coffee machine with capsules (for breakfast and various sweets a 50 meters a pastry shop with all kinds of goodies). Coming back to Giovanni I must say that he is a really nice and kind person, he has always been available even in indicating us where to park near the stadium, or to eat a good pizza "on the go" near the B&B. Thank you very much Giovanni for everything.

Perfect: very nice spacious apartment, design, brand new, very clean, quiet. Everything is impeccable and furthermore the welcome is absolutely charming. The pluses: private closed parking and the bus 30 meters away to reach the city center every 5 minutes. PERFECT!

We had a really good time at B&B Terrazza Marconi! Mini independent apartment with kitchenette and fridge, very well maintained, very close to the city center. Convenient internal parking at the property. Very friendly and hospitable owner. Great for those who need to visit the Maggiore Hospital (very close) or explore the city.

Giovanni is a very kind and helpful host. The studio is spacious and offers everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a functional bathroom with shower, and a spacious bed. At the entrance, the structure may seem unwelcoming, but as soon as you enter, the building is renovated, very clean, fragrant, equipped with air conditioning. Excellent reception and availability of the manager! I would definitely return.

Very nice and cozy facility; Giovanni immediately puts you at ease by explaining the house rules and making you feel enveloped by the typical Emilian hospitality: sociable, smiling but not intrusive.
