The beb is part of a house in which our whole family lives, it is located on the hills behind Riccione, so for this reason it is close to all the attractions but with the right privacy and comfort that requires a relaxing overnight stay.
Since the structure is recent and also equipped with new ecological systems such as solar and photovoltaic panels, the heating is underfloor and is regulated by an external thermostat and we also have a tank for rainwater recovery.
We are very keen on respecting nature and that is why we have furnished the beb with so many objects created by us, as well as the breakfast that we take care of ourselves and that we produce using the products of our garden.
The services offered by the structure are many; in the rooms you can find everything you need for a guest, from the set of towels, to the hair dryer, to the shampoo and shower bath, the private terrace; externally instead you can relax under the large veranda or in the garden for sunbathing, and you can read and connect to the internet.
For those who want to keep their bikes or bikes safe, we have a large garage.

The B&B Selosisa looks better than in the pictures. The owners Simone and Serena are extremely helpful and friendly, true Romagnoli! You can feel the passion. Excellent breakfast, with homemade and wonderful products, and locally sourced fruits. Large room with bathroom and nice view. New and well furnished. We slept well. If you like the silence of the countryside, this property is ideal. Just a few km from everything. Highly recommended. Plus, you can buy products from their farm.

We stayed for a few days at this lovely B&B Selosisa on the occasion of Jovanotti's concert in Rimini. We felt at home, we appreciated Simone's welcome, his excellent advice, and not least his homemade breakfasts and his delicious piadina! It is located a few kilometers from Riccione, with a view of the hills and in a truly quiet area. Impeccable cleanliness and great value for money! I highly recommend it! Thank you Simone!
