We stayed one night and it was very pleasant. The location is great and the Lady who hosted us was very kind, helpful, and gave us many suggestions for visiting the city. We recommend the B&B San Francesco.

I stayed for only one night in this splendid structure located in the warm center of the city of Piacenza. I was welcomed just as warmly by the owner, a very humane and extremely helpful person. This structure from now on will be my point of reference in my heart!

L'appartamento è centralissimo, con una stupenda vista su piazza Cavalli e sulla cattedrale. Un meraviglioso affaccio dall'ultimo piano, molto luminoso. L'alloggio è un po' datato, ma tutto era ordinato e pulitissimo. Per me che sono arrivata in una gelida giornata è stato piacevole trovare tutto l'ambiente riscaldato, il letto comodissimo, due soffici cuscini un bel piumino e la possibilità di farsi una tisana o qualcosa di caldo avendo a disposizione un piccolo fornetto. La signora Laura poi è la ciliegina sulla torta, gentilissima e disponibile. Mi ha coccolato con una stupenda colazione, nonostante le avessi detto che non era necessario venisse.

Il B&B si trova in una cornice stupenda. l'arredamento delle camere è gradevole e gli ambienti sono tutti puliti e in ordine. Unico piccolo neo è che il bagno non è fornito di bagnoschiuma ma solo di sapone lavamani. Per il resto il posto è molto confortevole e il gestore è una persona squisita.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, gemütliches, sauberes Zimmer an zentraler Lage - das einzige Minus ist deshalb die späte Nachtruhe im Zentrum - unglaublicher Rundblick auf die Dächer des schönen Piacenza. Gerne wieder.

Die Zimmer sind einfach und etwas altmodisch, aber der Service ist tadellos, es ist alles Notwendige wie Dusche und Wifi vorhanden, die Zimmer sind im Winter geheizt und für den Sommer ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Einzig mit den Steckdosen gab es in einem Zimmer ein Problem. Das Frühstück ist völlig in Ordnung und die Lage könnte besser nicht sein: Mitten im alten Ortskern von Piacenza. Die Terrasse dürfte zudem im Sommer ein echter Mehrwert sein. Zu diesem Preis ein sehr gutes Angebot.

Ho soggiornato con mia figlia e il mio nipotino e ci siamo trovate benissimo. Gentile e disponibile la proprietaria ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. La posizione centralissima parla da sola così come il panorama delle finestre. Buonissimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

B&B in pieno centro, appartamento grande, pulitissimo ed elegante. La proprietaria ci ha ricevuti con grande cordialità e disponibilità. Colazione abbondante servita in un ambiente molto curato. Insomma, totalmente soddisfatti.

Ho pernottato 3 notti al b&b s. Francesco. Struttura non di lusso ma estremamente pulita, centralissima (di meglio non si può da questo punto di vista). La proprietaria è molto cortese e disponibile, massima tranquillità avrei davvero molta difficoltà ad individuare qualche aspetto non positivo. Secondo me non ce ne sono. Quindi se tornassi a Piacenza, andrei al B&B San Francesco senza ombra di dubbio e mi sento di consigliarlo vivamente, soprattutto in caso di soggiorni brevi, come è stato il mio.

The warm, comfortable accommodation at B&B San Francesco and Laura's warm, helpful reception were much appreciated on a cold, foggy week in December. The view from the bedroom and breakfast room over the main square was atmospheric in the fog and must be beautiful in the summer. The B&B is perfectly situated for exploring the old streets, museums and churches of this fascinating town.

Ho soggiornato per una notte durante un breve viaggio a Piacenza e l'impressione è stata assolutamente positiva. La posizione del B&B è centralissima e dalla terrazza si ha un'incantevole vista sulla piazza centrale di Piacenza. La prenotazione è stata semplice, l'accoglienza molto cordiale. Bella e pulite sia la camera sia il bagno, la colazione era di buona qualità. A fronte di tutti questi lati positivi il prezzo resta decisamente contenuto. È stato necessario parcheggiare a 10 minuti di distanza vista la posizione centrale, ma la passeggiata è stata più un piacere che un disagio.

Il B&B si trova al sesto piano di un edificio in pieno centro con vista su Piazza Cavalli, la piazza principale di Piacenza. Ho pernottato nella stanza singola con bagno privato, molto pulita e accogliente. La signora è cordiale e super disponibile. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Da consigliare.

Excellent two bedroom two bathroom top floor flat with secure access overlooking main square of Piacenza. Antique items of furniture and flower planters on the narrow balcony give an attractive environment. The owner could not be more helpful, everything is high quality and this is an ideal choice for a visit to this lovely old town.

The owner is amazingly kind and friendly, and accommodating. Her B&B is super clean and comfortable. It could not be any more central or in a nicer location, you are a stone throw away from everything. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back.

Das B&B San Francesco ist eine große Dachgeschosswohnung MITTEN in Piancenza (Piazza Cavalli). Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad und auch einen Aufenthaltsraum, in dem am Morgen das Frühstück gereicht wird, zur Verfügung. Weiters hat die Wohnung einen riesigen Balkon, auf dem man den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen kann. Die Wohnung ist überhaupt nicht überladen - sehr einfach, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet - und SEHR sauber. Laura Bonafanti und ihre Mutter bemühen sich sehr, haben Vorschläge für Restaurants, kennen sich gut aus, sind zeitlich sehr flexibel, etc. Uns fehlte uns es an nichts. Das Frühstück ist eher sporadisch (nur süß: Zwieback, Keckse, Kuchen und Croissants), was aber bei diesem Preis nicht stört. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden sofort wieder da übernachten.

La gentilissima Signora Bonfanti ha accolto me e mia sorella con molta cordialità, professionalità, disponibilità e discrezione. La struttura, situata in zona centrale, al 6° piano, è luminosa, dotata di un bel terrazzino con affaccio sulla chiesa di San Francesco dove poter fare colazione o leggere o semplicemente ammirare dall'alto le bellezze storiche di Piacenza. Le stanze sono pulitissime e accoglienti. Ringraziamo di cuore la Signora Bonfanti per averci offerto un gradevole soggiorno.
