The Primrose is a 3-star superior residence hotel located in Rimini, just a stone's throw away from the beach. It has recently undergone complete renovations and promises a modern and fresh experience.
The new facility, located opposite the Marzia Residence, is technologically advanced. It is fully air-conditioned with new VRF systems, which also provide heating during the winter. Additionally, there are solar panels to generate hot water and photovoltaic panels to produce electricity.
We have taken care of all aspects of energy efficiency, including insulation, new fixtures to reduce thermal dispersion, and home automation, to manage consumption intelligently through motion sensors that activate heating or cooling systems.

New and clean structure, modern in design as I like, with excellent services, sea and beach establishment a stone's throw away, in a quiet lateral area but still close to everything (bars, restaurants, shopping and entertainment). Comfortable and functional apartment, excellent breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and the managers are kind and competent people, also appreciated the advice on what to do and the agreements with various restaurants.
