Description

Room and Breakfast Primavera is based in a beautiful country house that is also located in a reserved and quiet residential area with a garden and private parking, in the immediate vicinity of the Carpi A22 Brennero motorway exit and only 3 km from the historic center of Carpi.

The rooms with separate entrances are very bright, equipped with simple and comfortable furnishings; they all have private bathrooms, hairdryers, refrigerators, a small kitchenette, and wireless connection.

Among the services offered, there is also the possibility to order pizza and take-out food and enjoy it comfortably in the room.

The building, originally a rustic farmhouse from the 1940s, has recently been restored, maintaining the originality of some details such as the wooden beams in our ceilings and the ancient stone faces of the stairs.

The common areas are fully available to our guests, including the large garden and the spacious porch where breakfast is served and pleasant moments of reading and relaxation can be enjoyed during the summer months.

Well-kept establishment, immersed in nature, a bit far from the center but close to the highway. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The property is located in a quiet area and is easily reachable from the highway (only 5 minutes). We found ourselves in a spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment. The hosts are nice and helpful people, and the breakfast was abundant even though it was only sweet, but good. We stayed for two nights in January 2025, so we couldn't use the pool. The value for money is definitely good.

The structure is simple but well organized. The spacious room with a kitchen is equipped with the essentials, and there is a large bathroom. I did not use the breakfast for my stay, but there is a coffee and herbal tea machine available at any time. The staff is welcoming and helpful. It is possible to enter and exit at any hour, with an internal parking lot protected by an automated gate. The internal lighting for the night could be improved, but during the day it is very bright when opening the windows.

The operator had a private party with about 25 people in and around the pool on the day of arrival. This was not usable on the day of arrival. The parking spaces were taken by these people and had to be cleared first. The guest reception was moderate, the situation was not explained. 2 dogs on the property barking at everything. Breakfast was loveless and very Spartan for 10 euros per person. The quantity was not sufficient for the number of guests. Rooms, air conditioning works, equipment. In the rooms and throughout the property, cleanliness is not a top priority.

Buongiorno grazie per essersi presa del tempo per noi anche se siamo spiacenti che non abbia trovato il giusto benessere nella nostra struttura, nonostante, mi viene da dire che, abbiate anche utilizzato dei servizi extra non compresi e che certo non si possono dare per scontato. In modo particolare avete usufruito per tutto il soggiorno di un doppio parcheggio per auto + carrello delle moto (ne garantiamo uno solo a camera nella nostra area privata) senza aver avvertito all'atto della prenotazione, la richiesta è avvenuta di fatto solo appena prima dell'arrivo. Vi è comunque stato concesso senza problemi creando semmai più disagio ad altri ospiti nelle manovre. La piscina presente è principalmente di uso privato infatti ne viene concesso l'utilizzo gratuito senza nessun supplemento di prezzo agli ospiti della struttura che ne fanno richiesta con orari indicati sulla porta di accesso. Questo di certo non impedisce alla proprietà di organizzare una festa privata senza dover necessariamente avvertire gli ospiti in arrivo a cui comunque non verranno negati tutti i servizi offerti, non viene negato neanche l'utilizzo della stessa piscina, se la presenza altrui non disturba e non si pretende l'esclusiva! Il costo della colazione è di €. 5, 00 a persona non di €. 10, 00 ed è una colazione all'italiana come espressamente descritto nel sito, probabilmente non proprio adeguata ad una colazione tedesca con wurstel, uova o quant'altro, anche se per l'occasione e la vostra specifica presenza, abbiamo provveduto ad inserire nel buffet affettato e formaggio spalmabile per permettervi almeno il toast; pensavamo di avervi fatto un'ulteriore gentilezza anch'essa evidentemente non apprezzata!

Le camere sono ricavate sottotetto, per cui meno della metà della stanza e del bagno sono utilizzabili in piedi. Inoltre sono presenti numerosi longaroni in ferro di 20 cm, per cui l'abitabilità dei locali diminuisce ulteriormente. Personalmente ho picchiato la testa più di una volta rischiando di essere ricoverato al pronto soccorso. Colazione molto povera e priva di gusto. Titolari insensibili e per niente affabili. Esperienza dolorosa.

Buonasera Sig. Privitera, Mi spiace innanzitutto che lei non si sia trovato bene nella nostra struttura. Direi però che è anche evidente constatare dai sui scritti e voti questo suo forte desiderio di vendicarsi per aver sbattuto sfortunatamente la testa un paio di volte alle travi in muratura e non assolutamente in ferro, come da lei descritte, della camera che occupava con sua moglie, per sua disattenzione o distrazione però e per cui non ritengo che ce ne possa fare una colpa. Qualsiasi camera mansardata ha la caratteristica peculiare di avere delle zone basse e meno abitabili dove si può rischiare di sbattere la testa soprattutto se non abituati, non è una novità... e per questo bisogna fare più attenzione magari. . Cosi come è assolutamente esagerato che lei abbia rischiato il pronto soccorso, seppur vero che al pronto soccorso ci si puo' recare anche per molto meno! Tuttavia le ricordo che quando ha prenotato tramite il link inviatole a mezzo del nostro sito, la camera era descritta chiaramente come ampia ma mansardata, con tanto di foto dettagliate e reali, non era obbligato a confermarla e avrebbe potuto scegliere in tutta tranquillità altra tipologia di struttura visto che nella nostra era l'ultima disponibilità e le altre camere non mansardate erano già al completo. Quella da voi occupata è la nostra camera più grande ma anche l'unica ad essere mansardata comunque con i suoi pregi e difetti, visto che si è spinto anche oltre dichiarando che le nostre camere sono tutte sottotetto pur avendone occupata e conosciuta solo una. Tutto il resto da lei descritto segue di conseguenza queste sue motivazioni vendicative ma non per questo giustificate in quanto evidenziano senza dubbio un atteggiamento alquanto immaturo ed ingrato di fronte a un servizio ricevuto al quale noi dedichiamo impegno e dedizione ogni giorno per offrire tutti i servizi di cui lei stesso ha usufruito e per i quali penso bisogna conservarne in qualsiasi caso rispetto come per qualsiasi lavoro altrui. Detto ciò mi spiace che lei non abbia saputo apprezzare nulla considerato che gli indici di gradimento dei nostri ospiti in pulizia, colazioni e quant'altro sono alquanto alti ed evidenziati nelle varie recensioni. Very functional: in the accommodation there is everything essential to stay independently and comfortably; it is quickly reachable from the highway; the car finds a place inside the fence; the nearby village is a little gem and anyway it is in a middle position with respect to at least 2 beautiful Emilian capitals. What can I say... everything can be improved but the quality/price ratio is really great.

We really loved the place, great location, clean, very friendly host. What we did not know was we were not allowed to use the pool for one day because of a private party, there was a family party. This is why I believe the host should have given a discounted price, and I rated low in price because of this.

Nice structure although very dark, maybe a few brighter light bulbs could help improve the situation, location far from the center but convenient for the highway. Good cleanliness, too bad that the shower water was slightly warm and not hot in the morning.

Excellent management, pleasant peripheral environment. Good prices. Some suggestions now: external entrance to the structure invisible, microscopic and inconvenient parking. B&B Primavera pool. The room used was attic with a roof too sloping and low on one side, I hit my head several times. Very spacious and usable, a little hot but there is air conditioning. Very noisy fridge. Huge bathroom, small sink that splashes water everywhere. Nothing unacceptable but could easily be remedied. I will definitely return. Thanks to the owner for the understanding shown towards me, a rare thing!

Sui punti dei suggerimenti rilevati: - ingresso esterno struttura invisibile: in realtà è un corridoio d'ingresso normalissimo adiacente ad un ampio cortile che conduce alla porta d'ingresso; - parcheggio microscopico e scomodo: non è un parcheggio pubblico ma privato della nostra proprietà che in qualità di B&B mette a disposizione degli ospiti e garantisce sempre un parcheggio per camera : capienza complessiva fino a7/8 autovetture; definirlo microscopico mi sembra del tutto eccessivo visto che i parcheggi privati nelle strutture ospitanti non sono scontati; la scomodità o comodità è sempre soggettiva e comunque nelle immediate vicinanze a meno di 300 metri ci sono due parcheggi pubblici disponibili di cui si può far uso se si trova scomodo il nostro parcheggio interno. Bisogna sempre tener conto della struttura dove si soggiorna e ricordare che il bed e breakfast generalmente è gestito in un'abitazione privata adibita all'ospitalità e non può avere nè i servizi ne' i costi di un grand hotel! Nel ns. piccolo cerchiamo di fare sempre in modo di dare più comodità possibili ma a volte succede comunque di non riuscire ad accontentare le esigenze di tutti. - camera mansardata a norma di abitabilità, purtroppo come tutte le mansardate, nonostante la grande ampiezza della camera in questione, nelle parti più basse c'è il rischio di sbattere la testa haimè e bisogna fare attenzione, a tal proposito stiamo comunque predisponendo dei paraurti; - lavandino che spruzza: in questo periodo spesso ci sono abbassamenti di pressioni non dipendenti da noi ma dal comune e dalle circostanze climatiche non proprio favorevoli che causano bolle d'aria nelle condotte e possono creare talvolta problemi di accumulo e spruzzo, ma lì noi non riusciamo a intervenire. Excellent for those who wish to make a pleasant stop during long journeys. Three minutes by car from the Carpi Brennero exit. Breakfast worthy of the best hotel, spacious room and extreme cleanliness, pleasant and functional furnishings, tomb-like silence and guaranteed rest. Highly recommended.

Assessing the location in general is difficult because it depends on the needs, for me it was perfect because it was a 2 steps away from where I had to go, compared to Carpi center it is on the outskirts. All perfect pity that breakfast was served late for my needs.

Structure outside the city in a quiet place but at the same time easily reachable, recommended for those who want to sleep at night without car noises. Equipped with a pool, very kind staff, excellent cleanliness and my guest from Switzerland was very happy.

I stayed one night in May 2018. The welcome was kind, the room cozy, clean, and comfortable. I noticed some small attentions not common in B&Bs, like the kettle on the landing of the rooms and a small fridge (empty) in the room that allowed me to cool the water I had with me. The parking is convenient, the location quiet even if a bit hidden. The breakfast is simple but pleasant and genuine, and it is served with a smile. I had a very good time. I will definitely come back.

Looking for a place to sleep for the epochal event of Vasco's concert at Modena Park, we were lucky to find a room in this very welcoming Bed and Breakfast, excellently managed by the very courteous Mrs. Anna. An important point to emphasize in our opinion is the correctness: the cost of the room is reasonable and not inflated taking advantage of the historic event a few km away. We recommend it to everyone, a clean, tidy and quiet place. Thanks again for the hospitality!

Cozy and very well-maintained B&B, large and clean room, with spacious bathroom. Quiet area and only 5 minutes by car from the center of Carpi. Very kind hosts: we came for the marathon and they allowed us to use the room in the afternoon of the last day to take a shower. Abundant breakfast with homemade cakes. Excellent value for money.
