In Bologna, in the Saragozza area, in a quiet and scenic location, at the end of the historic center of one of the oldest art cities, you will find the B&B Porta Saragozza.

The B&B is located on the second floor of an elegant and refined villa, also the residence of the owner, situated on a small private street with a garden and parking inside the ancient walls of the Petronian city.

Tradition, tranquility, and kindness are the strong points that have always characterized the soul of this location, managed since 2000 with passion and enthusiasm by the owner, Mrs. Talia Franceschini.

Open all year round, except for July and August, the B&B Porta Saragozza will be pleased to welcome its guests, who can stay in a total immersion in the "ancient and modern Bolognese atmosphere," feeling at home.

My Bed and Breakfast was opened in 1999 when the concept of managing one's own home for hospitality was still in its early stages.

I have always enjoyed challenges and after 11 years, my business is still going strong.

The enthusiasm and desire to progress have allowed me to meet and greet delightful guests to whom I can offer warmth, delicious food, and pleasant information about Bologna.

I will continue to be at your disposal, as only with enthusiasm can one carry on this activity.

Located near Porta Saragozza, it is situated on a very quiet private street and is well served by buses (line 33 to/from the central station, Liceo Righi stop, line 20 to/from the historic center, and line 38 to/from the Bologna Fair, Porta Saragozza stop). In just 10 minutes, you can reach Piazza Maggiore with a walk under the arcades.

The area is well-known for its proximity to the Engineering faculty. You can also reach the Stadium and the Teatro delle Celebrazioni in 10 minutes by bus number 20. You will find highly-rated restaurants and the famous Neri pastry shop.

Talia is an exceptional person, always ready to help and provide information. She takes care of her guests. The breakfast is very abundant, she even offers the English breakfast (eggs and bacon) if desired. She changes the bedding once a week and the towels every two days. Furthermore, the location is exceptional, a 15-minute walk from the city center, not accessible by car due to the ZTL, with the advantage of being able to park the car in the private courtyard. The only very small issue may concern people with difficulty moving around, as the apartments are on the 2nd floor with no elevator. I recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to stay in Bologna.

We loved it! First of all, Talia is such a nice and friendly lady who makes you feel very welcome. The room was tidy, clean, and cozy with an air conditioner, fridge, and we had our own bathroom. Lovely breakfast, perfect distance to walk into the City. Thank you Talia for your smile and charming place!

Mrs. Talia welcomed us very warmly, helped us create a beautiful memory of Bologna. Very convenient location, especially for the climb to the sanctuary of Madonna di San Luca. Having a parking spot was extremely convenient. Cozy, clean, and quiet room. Very rich breakfast served always with a smile. Highly recommended.

Exceptional location, quiet despite the proximity to busy streets, unmissable the possibility to park the car and just a stone's throw from the center. No other B&B in Bologna so close to the central area offers you this convenience. If we add the cordiality and sympathy of Talia, who manages the structure excellently, the result is excellent. We know where to come when we have to stay in Bologna again!

Beautiful accommodation well located but lacking privacy as the room door is very 'light' and glassed but not completely opaque so when the guests in the next room get up at night to use the bathroom, there is a strong light that comes into the room, not to mention the noise caused by this bathroom next to the room. The lady was very nice but served us a very simple breakfast (1 croissant and some toast, without butter!) while the other guests had piadine with ham, mozzarella, tomatoes, bread... it has a strange effect...

Gentile Signora, i clienti che erano al tavolo con voi vengono da 14 anni durante il periodo Fiera Cersaie. Vogliono quel tipo di colazione e pagano Euro 106 x notte. Io vi avevo detto che il vostro prezzo era quello dei periodi normali anche se per un giorno ancora in Fiera. Se ricordo bene Euro 74+euro 6 tassa soggiorno con bagno in camera.
