Description
The property is located in a strategic position, easily reachable from the ring road, close to the Garilli Stadium, the Piacenza Clinic and the Historic Center. The area is well supplied with shops, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets and transportation.

The property has two parking spaces in the internal courtyard.

Inside the apartment on the 2nd floor, guests can use the kitchen and the living room with TV, books of all kinds and music.

The apartment is functional for our needs! Even though for one night it had everything necessary. Clean and equipped with many "things" useful and functional for the stay.

Manuela's b&b is perfect in every aspect, from the location to the cleanliness. The apartment is beautiful and welcoming. The breakfast is plentiful and lacks nothing. Manuela, in addition to being kind, is very helpful. I come to Piacenza both for work and for my private life, and I will definitely make sure to come back here. This place is great for both short stays and longer periods. It feels like home.

Manuela's apartment is perfect for short and long stays, equipped with all possible comforts (very clean, spacious, well-heated and hospitable). I felt at home immediately! I highly recommend it! P.S. The owner is fantastic, very kind and super helpful.

Great experience at the B&B ManuSan managed by the very kind Manuela! A whole apartment equipped with every comfort and meticulously furnished, making you feel at home. Rich and varied breakfast and a strategic location with supermarkets, bus stops, and several places to spend leisure time. A short distance from the center, but above all with the possibility of parking your car in a reserved area. I hope to come back soon and in the meantime I definitely recommend it to others ;)
