The design of the property

Description

Situated in the serene countryside between Lugo and Cotignola, in a protected landscape area on the ancient Riverbanks, the recently renovated nineteenth-century villa is surrounded by a 5, 000 sqm garden.

We are located 500 meters from the Lugo exit of the A14dir highway, 3 km from the Maria Cecilia Hospital clinic, and 2. 5 km from the center of Lugo.

Furthermore, we are a 45-minute drive from Bologna, home to international fairs, 25 minutes from Ravenna, the capital of the Byzantine Empire (and a short distance from the Romagna Riviera and Mirabilandia), and 20 minutes from Faenza, famous for its ceramics.

The guest area is separate from the rest of the house and very spacious. The breakfast can be served on the ground floor in the environment depicted in some of the photos or, during the summer season, in the shelter of the cool masonry gazebo in the courtyard.

In addition to the interior space of the house, I can offer you ample parking within the property, a gazebo equipped for grilling or cooking in the wood-fired oven, and a place to relax.

In the ground floor area (see photo) or in the gazebo, weather permitting, I can offer a plentiful breakfast with coffee, tea, cow's or soy milk, juices or smoothies, as desired, accompanied by baked goods, bread, butter and jam, honey, yogurt and seasonal fruit.

If you would like something different, simply arrange it the day before with the manager.

Historical structure, small but beautiful and well-kept; located in the countryside (with a small road between two ditches 😥), but close to various Romagna locations! Mr. Piero is very friendly, while Mrs. Marta is reserved but helpful. The only flaw is the breakfast time: from 7 to 9 (with an invitation to 'come down' at 8:45), but surely Mrs. Marta, upon request, will make an exception for weekend vacationers 😅 Recommended! A well-finished and well-maintained structure, I booked because I had to go on a business trip and brought my daughter to visit Mirabilandia park, B&B Le Ripe was strategically perfect to reach my clients and in 20 minutes I was at the park. The location is wonderful, cared for in every detail. The owners are very kind and helpful and the breakfast is amazing, with homemade sweets, also available to take away for those who have to leave early in the morning. Congratulations indeed.

I chose B&B Le Ripe from the photos and the many enthusiastic reviews that I'm happy to join. The hospitality and availability of Mrs. Marta are impeccable. The excellent breakfast with delicious pastries she prepares always different every morning, the simple and well-kept furnishings, the careful cleanliness of the premises, the total absence of noise and traffic make this place a special place to want to return to.
