The location is convenient for those looking to visit the Bologna Exhibition Center, located only 8 km away, as well as for those seeking a relaxing break during their travels.
The accommodation features a double bedroom facing south, complete with a dresser, coat rack, and ample space to comfortably store luggage. The bathroom, adjacent to the room and exclusively for your use, is spacious and equipped with a comfortable shower. During the summer season, air conditioning is available, and travelers on motorcycles or in vans can park securely within the fenced courtyard. Upon request, there is also the option to park the motorcycle indoors.
The breakfast room, also facing south, is always accessible for guests who wish to enjoy herbal tea or regular tea, thanks to the kettle provided. Every morning, Roberto, the owner, will be delighted to serve breakfast according to your preferences, whether sweet or savory, with a commitment to accommodating your schedule. The kitchen is not available for guest use, but there is an option to use the washing machine. This is a simple, attentive, and genuine hospitality experience, making you feel truly welcome.

The property is very clean and is located in a quiet area. We stayed only one day for Vasco's concert and Mr. Roberto was really kind in giving us extra time to rest. A truly pleasant person.

Roberto is a delightful person; he makes you feel at home from the first moment. He prepares breakfast for you every morning and asks what you like, a small thing but it makes all the difference. The lounge is very spacious and nicely furnished; it is pleasant to have a relaxed breakfast there. The room was clean, quiet and very bright. The bathroom is large and has a window, all to myself, a detail I always appreciate. Convenient parking. Simple but attentive to details. I was alone and still felt great, never uncomfortable. Castenaso is very peaceful and Bologna is just a short distance away when you feel like going. I will definitely come back.

We had a very good stay. Mr. Roberto was very attentive and helpful. The bathroom and room were very clean. Breakfast was very good and abundant. Even though he was informed shortly beforehand, Roberto was very attentive to our dietary intolerances. Quiet location with parking.
