A thoughtful renovation has enhanced the authentic character of the house, transforming it into a comfortable and well-maintained environment, ideal for both business trips and relaxing getaways. The accommodations include two double rooms (or with twin beds), one single room, and one quadruple room suitable for families, all equipped with private bathrooms. The B&B is situated within the Montanari Loris farm, known for its famous Vignola cherries. From May to July, guests can purchase cherries and sweet cherries directly, with numerous varieties available, including prized local cultivars like the Moretta di Vignola and Durone Nero Secondo, as well as thoughtfully prepared gift packages.
The location is strategic: Vignola and nearby towns such as Castelvetro, Marano, Savignano, and Castelnuovo Rangone are just a few minutes away. The name L’Arseni 1921 carries a family legacy: “Arseni” is the dialect nickname linked to the great-grandfather Arsenio, a well-known figure in the area, reflecting a deep connection to the house and the land. This homage to roots and memory is felt in every detail, accompanied by genuine and warm hospitality that truly makes guests feel at home.

Deborah is the heart of B&B L’Arseni 1921, welcoming her guests with an authentic style characterized by care, simplicity, and attention to detail. Her hospitality stems from a deep connection to this countryside home and her family’s history: every choice, beginning with the very name of the establishment, narrates a journey of roots and memories that Deborah wishes to keep alive and share with those who stay here.
“Arseni” is, in fact, the family’s dialect nickname, inherited from her great-grandfather Arsenio, a well-known figure in the area. Deborah aimed to pay tribute to that story and the sacrifices of those who, through hard work and determination, managed to bring this property back into the family’s hands. As a result, guests arriving at the B&B immediately sense a genuine atmosphere, where tradition and comfort coexist harmoniously, and feeling truly welcomed becomes a natural experience.
