B & b La Costa is located on the first hills of Reggio Emilia, 28km from Sassuolo, 5minutes drive from the first country Cerredolo equipped with every necessity, bars, supermarket, pharmacy, etc..

The B&B offers three double rooms also used as a single, two with shared bath Double with private bathroom and a downstairs, enjoy your privacy as you have a separate apartment from the owners who live in the basement.

The change linen every three days, no smoking in the house and no pets.

Fantastic place, immersed in nature with breathtaking views, comfortable and clean rooms, special breakfast with super products. Ada and her husband are fantastic people who make you feel at home. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful and absolutely fantastic time at B&B La Costa! The rooms were clean, breakfast was fantastic, and Ada and Francesco have just been the perfect hosts. Always friendly and open for our questions and a lot of patience with our broken Italian. The breakfast was delicious with self-made pie, fresh coffee and the overwhelming view from the terrace over the landscape and surrounding hills! Sadly we just booked for two nights, next time we would definitely stay longer.

Very welcoming structure located inside a recently renovated ancient farmhouse, spacious new and clean bathrooms as well as the rooms, and to make everything more comfortable there are Mrs. Ada and Mr. Franco, very kind, friendly, and helpful people who will make you feel at home. I feel like recommending a stay in this beautiful place immersed in nature to everyone.

Beautiful room and beautiful bathroom in a rustic country house. View of the Apennine hills and the top of Mount Cimone. Abundant breakfast with homemade cake and jam and freshly picked figs in the morning. Depending on the weather, it can be enjoyed in a splendid outdoor veranda. Very kind and friendly owners. A navigator is needed, and the last 200 meters must be done in second gear, but being distant from the rest of the village allowed us to see a fox on a nighttime stroll like never before.

To get there, I recommend using the navigator (there is a risk of getting lost in any area outside the city) but it's really worth it because this B&B offers a wonderful panorama. The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature, with a large and splendid garden. Excellent cleanliness, beautiful bathroom, and well-kept rooms. If it's hot, you can have breakfast on the large terrace with a view of the Emilian hills. Breakfast is abundant and varied, the owner asks you what you would like for breakfast to provide you with what you like. Very hospitable and kind staff, truly an excellent choice. Feels like home. We hope to come back soon. Thank you.

Lovely hillside location, well managed by a very competent and very kind super hospitable owner, excellent cleanliness, superb breakfast, kindness to the stars. I hope to return soon, I recommend it to anyone, they won't regret it!

The accommodation is inside a beautiful traditional stone house. The interior is comfortable, pleasantly furnished and above all clean, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is traditional but satisfying and abundant, with homemade cakes, honey, and homemade jams. A beautiful landscape can be enjoyed from the exclusive terrace of B&B La Costa, as the rooms are located in a structure with an independent entrance from the main house. The parking is convenient and the road is in good condition. Mrs. Ada and her husband welcomed us in a familiar and hospitable way, and we are very grateful to them. They also directed us to an excellent restaurant nearby, "Il caminetto", where we ate very well and spent just right. It was a pleasant weekend in every respect.

It's a pity we can't give more than 10 because it certainly deserves more than this rating, both the structure and the surrounding landscape, but all this would be insignificant without the managers Ada and Franco. Two exceptional people. It felt like going back to our parents! Places are places, made up of houses, things, exceptional views, etc., but people, they touch you in the heart. We will definitely come back. We will return to visit these fantastic people in that postcard landscape, it's a pity we can't attach photos to this review. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts (Salvatore and Daria).

Stone house, well renovated and excellently maintained. Spacious, well-heated, and well-decorated spaces. The owners, originally from southern Italy, welcomed us even with homemade Neapolitan pastiera by Mrs. Ada and coffee, while they explained the house rules to us. We stayed for one night and we were alone, Ada let us choose the room we preferred, and we chose the one decorated in green with the hardest mattress. From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, we could have also had breakfast on the terrace if we wanted. The breakfast was good and largely homemade but certainly improvable to meet the guests' needs. Definitely recommendable! Thank you Ada and Franco, we had a great time!

We stayed for only one night, the welcome from the couple and Mrs. Ada was exquisite and hospitable, very nice and caring, clean rooms and good breakfast.

We were well received by Valentina, the daughter of the owners whom we did not have the fortune to meet as they were themselves on vacation. The house was opened to us as if it were our own (during that weekend we were the only guests) cozy room with a splendid view of the mountains and a large bathroom. In the room, there is a kettle with tea, herbal teas, coffee. In the kitchen, availability of the oven and the refrigerator. Possibility to have breakfast outside on the terrace or inside and ample availability to go down and chat with the owners. Great for going with another couple or friends. It should be noted that the correct address is via Ducale 3. Going up via Costa bassa from San Cassiano, via Ducale branches off to the left near a hairpin bend. Taking via Ducale after a few meters, a sign with a beautiful view on the left indicates the arrival at the destination. At 1500 mt., the village of San Cassiano hosts a restaurant/pizzeria.
