B & b La Costa is located on the first hills of Reggio Emilia, 28km from Sassuolo, 5minutes drive from the first country Cerredolo equipped with every necessity, bars, supermarket, pharmacy, etc..

The B&B offers three double rooms also used as a single, two with shared bath Double with private bathroom and a downstairs, enjoy your privacy as you have a separate apartment from the owners who live in the basement.

The change linen every three days, no smoking in the house and no pets.

We had a wonderful and absolutely fantastic time at B&B La Costa! The rooms were clean, breakfast was fantastic, and Ada and Francesco have just been the perfect hosts. Always friendly and open for our questions and a lot of patience with our broken Italian. The breakfast was delicious with self-made pie, fresh coffee and the overwhelming view from the terrace over the landscape and surrounding hills! Sadly we just booked for two nights, next time we would definitely stay longer.

Very welcoming structure located inside a recently renovated ancient farmhouse, spacious new and clean bathrooms as well as the rooms, and to make everything more comfortable there are Mrs. Ada and Mr. Franco, very kind, friendly, and helpful people who will make you feel at home. I feel like recommending a stay in this beautiful place immersed in nature to everyone.

Bella stanza e bellissimo bagno in un rustico casale di campagna. Vista sulle colline dell'Appennino e sulla cima del monte Cimone. Abbondante colazione con torta e marmellata fatta in casa e fichi colti al mattino. Possibilità a seconda del clima di farla in una splendida veranda esterna. Proprietari gentilissimi e simpatici. Serve il navigatore e gli ultimi 200 metri vanno fatti in seconda marcia, ma l'essere distanti dal resto del paesino ci ha consentito di vedere bene come non mai una volpe in passeggiata notturna.

Per raggiungere consiglio di usare il navigatore (c'è il rischio di perdersi in qualsiasi zona fuori città) ma ne vale davvero la pena perché questo B&B offre un meraviglioso panorama. La casa è bellissima, immersa nella natura, con un grande e splendido giardino. Pulizia eccellente, bagno bellissimo e camere curate. Se fa caldo si può fare la colazione sul terrazzo grande con il panorama delle colline emiliane. La colazione è abbondante e varia, la proprietaria ti chiede cosa vorresti per colazione per farti trovare ciò che ti piace. Personale molto ospitale e gentile, veramente un'ottima scelta. Come sentirsi a casa. Speriamo di tornarci presto. Grazie.

Posto vista collina bellissimo, ben gestito da una proprietaria molto in gamba e molto gentile super ospitale, pulizia eccellente, colazione super, gentilezza alle stelle. Spero di ritornarci presto lo consiglio a qualsiasi persona non se ne pentirà!

L'alloggio è all'interno di una casa tradizionale di sassi a vista, bellissima. L'interno è confortevole, piacevolmente arredato e soprattutto pulito ed i letti sono comodi. La colazione è tradizionale ma soddisfacente ed abbondante, con torte fatte in casa, miele e marmellate di produzione propria. Un bellissimo paesaggio si gode dal terrazzo ad uso esclusivo del B&b, le stanze sono infatti site in una struttura con ingresso indipendente rispetto alla casa padronale. Il parcheggio è comodo e la strada in buone condizioni. La signora Ada e suo marito ci hanno accolto in modo famigliare ed ospitale, e gliene siamo molto grati. Ci hanno anche indirizzato ad un ottimo ristorante nelle vicinanze "Il caminetto", dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene e speso giusto. È stato sotto ogni aspetto un piacevole weekend.

Peccato non si possa dare più di 10 perché meriterebbe certamente più di questo voto, sia la struttura, sia il paesaggio che lo circonda ma tutto ciò sarebbe insignificante senza i gestori Ada e Franco. Due persone eccezionali. Ci è sembrato di tornare dai nostri genitori! I luoghi sono luoghi, formati da case, cose, panorami eccezionali, ecc, ma le persone, quelle ti colpiscono al cuore. Di certo ci torneremo. Torneremo a trovare queste fantastiche persone in quel paesaggio da cartolina, peccato non si possano allegare foto a questa recensione. Grazie di cuore (Salvatore e Daria).

Casa in pietra, ben ristrutturata e ottimamente mantenuta. Spazi ampi, ben riscaldati e ben decorati. I proprietari, originari del sud Italia, ci hanno accolti addirittura con pastiera napoletana fatta in casa dalla signora Ada e caffè, mentre ci illustravano le regole della casa. Abbiamo alloggiato una notte ed eravamo soli, Ada ci ha fatto scegliere la stanza che preferivamo, ed abbiamo scelto quella decorata in verde con il materasso più duro. Dalla terrazza si gode di una vista bellissima sulle colline circostanti, avremmo potuto fare colazione anche in terrazza, volendo. La colazione buona e in larga parte artigianale ma sicuramente migliorabile per andare incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Sicuramente da consigliare! Grazie Ada e Franco, siamo stati benissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, ottima l'accoglienza dei coniugi e la signora Ada è stata squisita e ospitale, molto simpatici e premurosi. camere pulite e buona colazione.

Siamo stati ben accolti da Valentina, la figlia dei proprietari che non abbiamo avuto la fortuna di conoscere poiché erano a loro volta in ferie. Ci è stata aperta la casa come se fosse nostra (in quel weekend eravamo gli unici ospiti) camera accogliente con vista stupenda sui monti e ampio bagno. In camera è disponibile un bollitore con tè, tisane, caffè. In cucina disponibilità del forno e del frigorifero. Possibilità di fare colazione fuori sul terrazzo o dentro e ampia disponibilità a scendere a chiacchierare coi proprietari. Ottimo per andare con altra coppia o amici. Da precisare che l'indirizzo corretto è via Ducale 3. Risalendo via Costa bassa da San Cassiano, via Ducale si stacca sulla sinistra in prossimità di un tornante. Presa via Ducale dopo pochi metri un cartello in bellavista sulla sinistra indica l'arrivo a destinazione. A 1500 mt. il paese di San Cassiano ospita un ristorante/pizzeria.
