Description
You are welcome to our cozy, peaceful, and modernly furnished villa. Surrounded by greenery and flower beds, it allows you to isolate yourself and enjoy some relaxation.
Located on the outskirts of two important valleys, Valtrebbia and Valtidone, which are rich in greenery, vineyards, and castles, yet only a 5-minute drive from the city center. (Public transport stops are just a few meters away - 20 meters).
A porch surrounded by trees and a garden will allow you to have breakfast immersed in the greenery on mild days.
On the first floor, there are 2 available bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds; each with a terrace, air conditioning, and a private bathroom (the room with single beds has en-suite access to the bathroom).
The rooms are furnished with style and attention to create a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
On the ground floor, guests have access to the bright breakfast room equipped with a refrigerator, electric thermos, and gas stove.
The foyer-lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs for spending evenings in front of the television or immersed in reading. A third bathroom is available in these common areas.

We stayed for a weekend for a cycling tour in the Pietra Perduca area. I must say we had a great time. Mrs. Irene welcomed us with great availability, immediately putting us at ease. We stayed at B&B In Villa for one night. The house is very beautiful and clean, carefully maintained. Mrs. Irene is a courteous and helpful person. If you are passing through the area, this is definitely a structure to consider. Recommended!

I don't have much to say except that I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Basic breakfast with a coffee and some biscuits (some of which were really good and prepared by the owner). Really a nice place to sleep.

Very pleasant stay, the property is beautiful and clean, the manager is helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered is truly abundant and tasty. The value for money is excellent. I highly recommend staying at the B&B In Villa.
