Description
Il Passatore Guesthouse is located in Forlì, in a quiet area 200 meters from Via Emilia, on the banks of the Montone river and on the outskirts of the historic center: Piazza Saffi can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
We welcome guests to our home, a villa restored in 2011 following the principles of energy saving and the use of renewable sources.
The house only uses electricity, produced cleanly by the integrated photovoltaic system on the roof. No use of gas or fossil fuels. We also pay attention to saving drinking water: rainwater or water from the courtyard well flows in the toilets.
In the rooms, you can find a private bathroom, television, internet access, independent heating, and air conditioning.
Those who want to leave their car for a few hours can park it in the garage and get around the city with our bicycles.
Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. Every guest must provide a valid ID/passport.
Hosting people other than those indicated in the reservation without prior authorization from RomagnaBNB is prohibited.
City tourist tax is not included in the rate €0.50 per person per night, to be paid in cash at check-in.
A security deposit of €100 is required for stays longer than 4 nights to cover damages and proper waste management.
In case of failure to comply with the rules, the guest accepts the immediate cancellation of the reservation with a penalty of 100%, including any security deposit.

The owners are pleasant and very hospitable. The premises are spacious, well-kept and clean, and overall the environment is practical and comfortable. The owner is extremely helpful and discreet. I would definitely come back!

Un caldo ringraziamento alla famiglia Oronti per l'ospitalità e atmosfera familiare in questo comodo B&B.
È a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Forli, con le sue bellezze architettoniche e le mostre nei musei San Domenico, oltre ai tantissimi ristoranti ove si mangia/beve bene, e non solo piadine. Ottima la colazione, anche con i biscotti e le torte fatte in casa!
E nei dintorni di Forli, con mezzora di auto l'imbarazzo della scelta nelle località della Romagna: sia le colline boschive che il mare.

Signori molto gentili, ottima ospitalità, camera molto spaziosa in una struttura silenziosa e molto carina. Recentemente ristrutturato dotato di tutti i comfort. Lo consiglio vivamente.

La mia stanza era molto accogliente e spaziosa. La struttura è molto pulita e ben arredata. I gestori sono persone cordiali e molto disponibili. Consiglio vivamente questo B&B a chiunque dovesse soggiornare a Forlì.

Ho dormito due notti al Passatore e mi sono trovata davvero bene. Il B&B si trova alle soglie del centro, in una posizione molto comoda anche per chi arriva in macchina. La camera in cui sono stata era silenziosa, pulitissima e molto gradevole nell'insieme. A questo si aggiunge la grande gentilezza dei proprietari.
Ci tornerei molto volentieri.

B&B pulito, tranquillo e gestito alla perfezione. Il posto auto coperto è un plus utile e compreso nel prezzo. I succhi della colazione sono preparati, al momento, dalla proprietaria che utilizza un estrattore e frutta fresca. La posizione vicina al centro lo rende ideale per visitare la città e gli eventi che propone. Consigliato di cuore.

Pulito e accogliente, questo B&B assicura anche il parcheggio interno. Anche la posizione, a pochi minuti dal centro di Forlì, è comoda. Camere spaziose, anche se arredate spartanamente. Massima cortesia e disponibilità da parte dei proprietari.

Ottima struttura per visitare Forlì e la maggior parte delle località di interesse storico, paesaggistico o solamente ludico che la regione offre, ma soprattutto abbiamo trovato nei gestori tutta la simpatia e la cordialità romagnola.

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo trascorso un piacevole fine settimana presso il B&B Il Passatore. Ci siamo trovati a nostro agio, come a casa. Pulizia eccellente, ottimo gestore, posizione in città molto buona (c'è addirittura una fermata dell'autobus proprio di fronte). Un soggiorno che ricorderemo con piacere.
