Description

Il Passatore Guesthouse is located in Forlì, in a quiet area 200 meters from Via Emilia, on the banks of the Montone river and on the outskirts of the historic center: Piazza Saffi can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

We welcome guests to our home, a villa restored in 2011 following the principles of energy saving and the use of renewable sources.

The house only uses electricity, produced cleanly by the integrated photovoltaic system on the roof. No use of gas or fossil fuels. We also pay attention to saving drinking water: rainwater or water from the courtyard well flows in the toilets.

In the rooms, you can find a private bathroom, television, internet access, independent heating, and air conditioning.

Those who want to leave their car for a few hours can park it in the garage and get around the city with our bicycles.

Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. Every guest must provide a valid ID/passport.

Hosting people other than those indicated in the reservation without prior authorization from RomagnaBNB is prohibited.

City tourist tax is not included in the rate €0.50 per person per night, to be paid in cash at check-in.

A security deposit of €100 is required for stays longer than 4 nights to cover damages and proper waste management.

In case of failure to comply with the rules, the guest accepts the immediate cancellation of the reservation with a penalty of 100%, including any security deposit.

A warm thank you to the Oronti family for their hospitality and family atmosphere in this comfortable Bed and Breakfast. It is a 10-minute walk from the center of Forlì, with its architectural beauties and exhibitions at the San Domenico museums, as well as the many restaurants where you can eat and drink well, and not just piadinas. Excellent breakfast, also with homemade cookies and cakes! And in the surroundings of Forlì, with a half-hour drive, the embarrassment of choice in the Romagna localities: both the wooded hills and the sea. Sergio and Isabella.

I stayed two nights at Appartamento Il Passatore and I really enjoyed it. The B&B is located on the outskirts of the city center, in a very convenient location even for those arriving by car. The room I stayed in was quiet, very clean, and very pleasant overall. In addition, there is the great kindness of the owners. I would gladly return.

Clean, quiet and perfectly managed B&B. The covered parking spot is a useful plus included in the price. The breakfast juices are freshly prepared by the owner using a juicer and fresh fruit. Its central location makes it ideal for visiting the city and the events it offers. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I spent a pleasant weekend at the B&B Il Passatore. We felt at ease, as if we were at home. Excellent cleanliness, great manager, very good location in the city (there is even a bus stop right in front). A stay we will remember with pleasure.
