The apartment offers a lovely outdoor space where you can have candlelit lunches or dinners. There is also a sunbathing area and a shower to cool off on hot days! Inside, there is a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a private bathroom. It is possible to add a single bed and/or a camping cot. Ideal for families, couples, or simply business travelers. It has air conditioning, a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, single-use samples, soaps, plenty of towels and blankets. Just like being at home! There is the freedom to come back at any time during the night. Reserved parking right in front of the door. Private entrance. It is possible to do self check-in with the key box.

We had a great time, like at home. There is a coffee machine and also a toaster. The house is very welcoming, there are also many board games, the owner is very kind and helpful. Perfect location to reach the airport in just a few minutes. The garden is livable and very comfortable. I recommend it even for short stays.

Stefania, the owner, was very kind and provided us with all the useful information to reach the house. Comfortable and clean structure. Although it is very close to the airport, it is very quiet.

This is the second time I stay at Stefania's and I will return every time I am in the area. The apartment is very clean and functional, the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for breakfast (with a wide choice of drinks and food). Comfortable bed and, despite being close to the airport (5 minutes), it is quiet and comfortable. Parking in front of the door (which is very important and not taken for granted). Stefania is always very kind and helpful, she welcomed me with a delicious slice of cake. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

I often travel for work to Bologna. During trade fair periods, it is difficult to find accommodation, and this week I found this B&B Il Giardino. Finally, I found a welcoming, quiet, clean location and a very kind owner. The environment is very comfortable, and you feel like at home. I will definitely return.

Pleasant, comfortable, and welcoming apartment. We had a great time, the host is very kind and available. It will be a fixed stop for events at Pederzini. For breakfast, the rating is 6, although for our needs it was more than sufficient. The 6 is in general terms regarding what can be found for breakfast in a B&B Il Giardino.

We chose this property because it is close to the airport, upon arrival it seemed really charming, the owner Stefania did not miss anything, also her advice on where to go for a great pizza in the area were precious. Breakfast was not included but the presence of coffee, herbal teas, and other things to enjoy together positively enriched our stay. Thank you!
