The room is spacious and comfortable. Well furnished with everything needed for the stay. A small well-stocked fridge in the room and all the necessary items for breakfast await you. Neat and spotlessly clean. The bathroom is comfortable, spacious, and very clean. The house is beautiful and also has a private parking space, so there is no need to leave the car on the street. The location is perfect! The neighborhood is quiet and the street in front is not very busy. In 15-20 minutes of leisurely walking, you can reach the Dall'Ara stadium, and in the same time, you can get to the city center. Alfredo is a perfect host: very kind and helpful, he welcomes you warmly, and you immediately feel at home. Highly recommended!

I gifted a stay at this property and those who benefited from it were enthusiastic. Location near the Dall'Ara stadium, easily reachable from the center, private parking included in the price, this should be considered a "gem" as it is close to the center of Bologna. Room tidy and clean, despite the bathroom being outside the room, privacy is more than guaranteed. The young owner turned out to be welcoming, available for any request, and friendly. As the first ones to stay there, he left the guests a thank-you note along with a bottle of sparkling wine to toast together at the start of this activity! We highly recommend this location for its position, convenience, cleanliness of the premises, and especially for the welcome and availability received from the owner! From now on, we will always know where to stay when we go to Bologna!
