The B&B is located by the green Modenese hill's just 13 minutes away from Vignola and 20 minuted from Maranello (Ferrari). Surrounded by 2, 000 square meter of garden and private woods. A true oasis of peace. The villa offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large lounge, a big dining room, a kitchen and above all a large park perfectly taken care of by the owners.
Guest are offered a rich buffet style breakfast, TV in each room, microwave, iron, hairdryer.
Ideal for relaxing holidays or to spend relaxing evenings after congresses and businnes stand events held in Bologna or Modena City.
Used often for breaks during bikr riding trips or trekking in the nearby natural parks.
Th nearby regional park " Sassi di roccamalatina" is one of the most protected and suggestive areas of Emilia and has been rightly named a paradise for mountain bike lovers.

How to reach us by car:
Take the A1 exit Modena Sud, state road 623 in direction towards Vignola, passing through the town in the direction toward Zocca.
Or take the exit at Bologna Casalecchio and follow the sign for Vignola taking the state road 569 via bazzanese, after Savignano turn for Guiglia.
Once reached the centre of Guiglia take a left turning before reaching the roman arch, that takes you into the town square, then turn into via Monteolo. You will come across us top of the hill

Il b&b è in una struttura degli anni settanta, con spazi ampi e maestosi, circondata da una lussureggiante e curatissima corte. Locali, camere e bagni spaziosi. Materasso comodo, dovizia di asciugamani e saponi. I padroni di casa sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Di notte un silenzio meraviglioso. Soggiorno piacevolissimo. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. B&B consigliato assolutamente.

Bellissima casa con giardino estremamente curato e pieno di fiori, padrona di casa a due passi per ogni esigenza. In posizione un po' sopraelevata ma estremamente tranquillo. Salotto grande e cucina disponibile. Bagni riservati vicino alle stanze. Possibilità di posteggiare all'entrata del box.
Colazione preparata prima che ci svegliassimo con marmellate e nutella, brioches, torta, succo di frutta e possibilità di farsi il caffè o tè.

Ho trascorso 8 giorni al B&B il Parioli. Il gestore è stata molto gentile e disponibile, la struttura molto bella con un fantastico giardino, le camere pulite ed accoglienti. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. consiglio a tutti questo B&B.
