B&B Fuori Dai Coppi is located in the heart of Bologna’s historic center, just a few steps from the Two Towers, Piazza Maggiore, and the lively Quadrilatero. The apartment is housed within the prestigious Palazzo Pepoli Vecchio, a 14th-century building rich in history and charm.
The accommodation, with a private entrance, combines historical character with contemporary elegance. The living area is furnished with a sofa that converts into a comfortable single bed, a second single bed, and a table with three chairs, ideal for meals or smart working.
The double bedroom, cozy and equipped with a smart TV and ceiling fan, provides access to the bathroom. Please note that if guests sleep in the living area, it will be necessary to pass through the double bedroom to reach the bathroom; for this reason, the accommodation is recommended for couples or families of up to four people.
Although there is no kitchen, a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, a kettle with a selection of teas and herbal infusions, and a small refrigerator for drinks and food are available.
Every morning we offer a simple and informal breakfast with various products depending on availability.
The building offers a concierge service and an elevator, accessible via a flight of about 20 steps; therefore, the property is not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. During the summer, the living area is air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort.

Luigia is an artist who has been living, working, and exhibiting here for over 50 years. The rooms are decorated with her signed artworks. My two friends and I visited Bologna for the first time, and we were left enchanted. We spent 3 nights in the B&B, and we cannot recommend it enough: you too need to stay at this gorgeous historical property in an unbeatable location just next to Piazza Maggiore, experience the fascinating art pieces all over the apartment, have the best sleep of your lives thanks to it being one of the coziest, most peaceful and quiet home bases in Bologna, and last but not least - enjoy the warmest hospitality of the lovely Elena! Truly a top experience, we would gladly be back!

It is a beautiful apartment. Spacious and nice. It is pleasant to have air conditioning. The beds are very hard, we think. Also the bed in the living room. In the bathroom, you can very lightly smell the smoke from the neighbor. But the entrance and the surroundings are fantastic. Also, it is really in the center, so nice!
