The B&B FIERA DREAM it is only 50 metres from the Fair.

It is so close that you can see the main entrance from the balcony of the rooms, and you can walk to the fair in only one minute.

Our B&B is located in a strategic position: it is very close to the Historic Centre of the city, near the University and the Hospital of “Sant’Orsola. ”
It can easily be reached from the major motorway, the by-pass and train station.

The welcoming apartment was recently renovated and refurnished. It is equipped with all the comforts necessary to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Each room has a private bathroom with shower, 32 inch LCD TV and air conditioning.

Daily room cleaning and changing of towels every 2 days.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 255 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Area where the property is, especially at night, didn’t feel safe and was a bit unnerving. However, once inside, the reception and room were fantastic. Very clean and good quality living conditions. Host was very quick to respond to any issues we had. Overall for the price very hard to complain.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was top-notch located, very clean, tastefully decorated. The hostess was friendly, accommodating, and provided valuable and helpful tips for our city tour. We can recommend it without any restrictions.

Camere ampie, pulite e molto belle, tranquille e dotate di diversi comfort nelle vicinanze (supermercato etc). Posizione molto buona per andare in centro. Molto soddisfatta.

Praticamente di fronte all'ingresso della Fiera, ma anche a soli dieci minuti a piedi dal centro del Bologna, ho trovato in questa struttura una camera ampia e pulita, comoda e funzionale. Il proprietario è stato premuroso e disponibile, la comunicazione ottima, il servizio perfetto.

La struttura esterna non è delle migliori, ma la camera era davvero carina e pulita, proprio come mostrano le immagini. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile! Anche la posizione è molto comoda, a pochi passi dalla fermata del bus, ma anche a piedi in quindici minuti eravamo in centro!ci torneremo sicuramente.

Posizionato benissimo dalle fermate degli autobus con cui si può raggiungere il centro. Puoi dimenticare l'auto in quei giorni. La stanza è essenziale, comoda e ben riscaldata. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliato.

A lovely B&B, very convenient for the Fair. If you're travelling for business and need to be close to the Fiera then it's perfect, but is also within a 30 minute walk of all Bologna centre has on offer. Breakfast (coffee and pastries) is served downstairs in a nearby bar. Hosts are not always there but are very attentive and will respond to texts or drop in if you need them. Can't fault this place for the convenience and the price!

Piacevole soggiorno in questo ottimo B&B non lontano dal Centro Storico e vicinissimo al quartiere fieristico bolognese. Camera pulitissima e molto ampia. Ideale per brevi o medi soggiorni. Gestore molto gentile e disponibile, è stato molto utile anche nel consigliarci posti da visitare e dove mangiare bene in città. Unica nota stonata la colazione al Bar, ma essendo scritto nel sito e comunicato prima della prenotazione, non ci si può di certo lamentare. Molto consigliato.

Camera molto comoda, recentemente ristrutturata pulita in posizione piuttosto centrale ma tranquilla facilmente raggiungibile in auto con possibilità di parcheggio. Il gestore Andrea molto gentile ed efficiente da consigliare anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

È la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo B&B. Le camere sono totalmente ristrutturate e ben arredate. Ottima pulizia, buona posizione (15 minuti a piedi per arrivare centro) e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 gg. durante il cosmoprof 2015. la struttura è di fronte all'entrata della fiera, basta attraversare la strada. la pulizia ottima, il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. siamo rimasti colpiti dalla gentilezza, cordialità e disponibilità della signora Erminia. per il prossimo anno non avremo dubbi ritorneremo.

Ho prenotato la camera per un amico di passaggio a Bologna, e ringrazio il gestore per la sua disponibilità e gentilezza. Il mio amico è stato molto soddisfatto sia per la posizione del B&B che per la stanza, piccola ma molto pulita e comoda (e nuova nuova di ristrutturazione). E la colazione nella ottima pasticceria vicina gli è parsa una gran bella comodità.

Il palazzo esternamente non si presenta benissimo, ma l'appartamento è tutto nuovo, decentemente arredato (Ikea) e molto pulito. La posizione è ottima per chi, come me, deve recarsi in fiera. L'unico neo è la colazione: brioches e caffè al bar, niente di che.
