The B&B FIERA DREAM it is only 50 metres from the Fair.

It is so close that you can see the main entrance from the balcony of the rooms, and you can walk to the fair in only one minute.

Our B&B is located in a strategic position: it is very close to the Historic Centre of the city, near the University and the Hospital of “Sant’Orsola. ”
It can easily be reached from the major motorway, the by-pass and train station.

The welcoming apartment was recently renovated and refurnished. It is equipped with all the comforts necessary to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Each room has a private bathroom with shower, 32 inch LCD TV and air conditioning.

Daily room cleaning and changing of towels every 2 days.

The property is dated and the room and bathroom were not adequately clean. There were many hairs on the floor in both rooms and general dirt on the floor and behind the radiators. The shower head had a lot of limescale and the shower window was dilapidated. There was an unpleasant smell in the apartment, though that may be a matter of taste. The owner was easy to reach and, once informed of the problem, arranged for the room to be cleaned, but since we arrived in the evening the cleaning took place the following morning. We would have expected a discount given the incident, but that did not happen.

Good value for money, great location if you use the bus that stops right below the B&B to go to the city center. Room with a TV, I would say unpretentious but with everything essential.

Accommodation in a strategic location for those with commitments at the trade fair center, but still well connected to the city center. The manager was very kind and helpful. The room was excellent and the value for money was outstanding. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately I could not stay at Andrea's due to flight problems with the airline, but I found Andrea very professional and understanding and he managed to solve my problem. I hope to meet him soon and thank him in person.

I stayed almost out of necessity in this B&B, booking at the last minute. I had a great experience. Andrea, the owner, is always kind and available by phone. It is located in a quiet area just outside the city center, very well served by public transport. The room was nice, clean and had a private bathroom. Highly recommended. I will definitely return.

Everything was fine, the room matched the description. The place is clean. The host is truly very courteous and attentive: although we could not meet in person due to my timing and travel schedule, he followed me step by step via WhatsApp, giving me all the necessary information clearly and in detail. The property is reachable within half an hour on foot from Bologna Centrale train station.

Family holiday – disappointing experience. We stayed at this property for a family holiday,but unfortunately the experience did not live up to expectations. On the last day before departure we were informed of a change of accommodation: we were moved to Via Piana 4 due to roadworks at the property we had originally booked. The host was kind and helpful,but unfortunately the positives end there. On arrival we were told that cleaning would be carried out every two days. However,due to the illness of the cleaner,this schedule was not respected. Moreover,the cleaning itself was very superficial: making the bed was the only task performed. The shower enclosure showed obvious signs of mold,as did the bathroom window,with damaged seals and visible mold. When opening the window,cobwebs were also visible. The balcony tracks were full of dust,demonstrating a lack of attention to general hygiene. It's a pity,because with a little more care in cleaning and communication a disappointing experience could have been avoided.

For the price of ninety euros per room, I expected a slightly more modern structure and not a dated condominium. Apart from this, the room was clean. The environment was ugly but very close to the fair, so there is nothing to complain about in this regard. Inside, there was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke, we also noticed it where we checked in. This is already a point against it for me. I am sorry, but apart from Mr. Andrea who was very kind, I do not think we will return to this B&B Fiera Dream.

Breakfast (coffee and pastries) is served downstairs in a nearby bar. Hosts are not always there but are very attentive and will respond to texts or drop in if you need them. Can't fault this place for the convenience and the price!

Pleasant stay at this excellent B&B Fiera Dream, not far from the Historic Center and very close to the Bologna fair district. Very clean and spacious room, ideal for short or medium stays. Very kind and helpful manager, also very useful in recommending places to visit and where to eat well in the city. The only downside was the breakfast at the Bar, but since it was written on the website and communicated before booking, there is certainly no reason to complain. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable room, recently renovated and clean, in a rather central yet quiet location, easily accessible by car with parking available. The manager Andrea is very kind and efficient, highly recommended also for the excellent value for money.

It's the second time I stay at this B&B Fiera Dream. The rooms are completely renovated and well furnished. Excellent cleanliness, good location (15 minutes on foot to reach the center) and excellent value for money. The owner is a very kind and helpful person. I highly recommend it.

We stayed for 2 days during Cosmoprof 2015. The structure is in front of the fair entrance, just cross the street. Excellent cleanliness, excellent value for money. We were impressed by the kindness, cordiality, and availability of Mrs. Erminia. For the next year, we will definitely return.

I booked the room for a friend passing through Bologna, and I thank the manager for his availability and kindness. My friend was very satisfied both with the location of the B&B Fiera Dream and with the room, small but very clean and comfortable (and newly renovated). The breakfast at the excellent nearby pastry shop seemed to him a great convenience.

The building does not look great from the outside, but the apartment is brand new, decently furnished (Ikea) and very clean. The location is excellent for those, like me, who need to go to the fair. The only downside is the breakfast: pastries and coffee at the bar, nothing special.
