The B&B Elegance is located in the heart of the city, strategically positioned just a few meters away from the historic streets and renowned universities, as well as a few meters away from both the central station and Sant'Orsola hospital.

This newly built structure stands out from the others not only for its unique interior design but also for its panoramic views. The rooms are divided into different styles, catering to those who prefer a classic, modern, ethnic, or even eccentric ambiance. Additionally, for those who want to stand out or enjoy something truly special, we also have a suite equipped with every comfort: private bathroom, fireplace with wings, panoramic city view, champagne with flutes, and the option for a personalized breakfast served in the room, all included in the price, exclusively for the suite. We also offer covered and guarded private parking at a cost of €10.

Room in a somewhat retro building but overall clean and spacious. Breakfast was not provided in the room but vouchers are available for breakfast at the bar below (you need to pay the difference if you choose items different from those specified in the agreement).

The location where the B&B Elegance is located is very favorable since it is very close to Piazza Maggiore. Upon our arrival, the boy who manages is very friendly and helpful, he takes us to the room and sincerely the room located at P1 looks very good, clean, tidy, well arranged in short. Then, reading the reviews, I saw one where someone was robbed in the room, so we thought it wise to turn off the refrigerator and move it attached to the entrance door. At 11.30 pm, we were already in bed because the next day we had to wake up early, we hear the door of the room open without even knocking. We get up suddenly and it was the boy from before who, with the excuse that we had to give him 10 euros more for the late check-in (strictly without a receipt), wanted to enter the room. Fortunately, he was blocked by the refrigerator we had placed behind the door. Bad experience only for this episode, otherwise overall the accommodation was not bad. I DEFINITELY WON'T BE RETURNING.

The key handover was problematic, Jerome seemed stressed and unprepared. He demanded payment on site even though full payment had already been made by credit card at the time of booking. The apartment is located on a very noisy main road and was not cleaned thoroughly: a piece of laundry was found under the bed and trash behind the headboard. The apartment had a strong smell of nicotine. Modest breakfast consisting of croissant and coffee, which must be picked up at the premises next door. In conclusion: disappointing and absolutely not recommendable.

The shower in the women's bathroom is defective, there is a bad smell in the room, the mattress squeaks, the carpet is dated, the TV has poor signal.

Structure located a few minutes walk from the center and easily reachable from the station, but situated along one of the busiest arteries of the city, moreover close to an intersection. Very noisy, especially at night; the bathrooms are shared, divided by gender. In the women's bathroom there were no hooks to hang the towel and no bags for sanitary napkins. Our room had the glass of one of the doors broken; there were air conditioning and TV but the cleaning of the heater was really poor. The carpet on the floor was quite dated and there was a smell, and despite being advertised as a "smoke friendly" structure, there was not even an ashtray in the room, nor on the balcony. Breakfast was served in a small room open only from 8 to 10 (so, without the possibility of having a tea in the afternoon or anything else) where, unlike the photo, there were no tablecloths but only plastic placemats. We didn't find multi-ethnic breakfast items (meaning cheeses, eggs, cold cuts for a "savory" breakfast) which are explicitly stated on the website and fresh croissants were not present in the breakfast room, as written in the property's description; the snacks were all packaged, except for some muffins. The cups in the room were all chipped except for one and there was not even fresh bread. In the morning, the manager - not present upon our arrival - greeted us without introducing himself or asking if there were any issues; so, it is not clear what being "followed and pampered" (expression on the website) consists of.

Fantastic B&B Elegance, I will definitely be coming back. I was very impressed with everything. Excellent and very clean, we were treated excellent Verulamium impressed.

This is a fantastic apartment. It is enormous, very clean, and well-situated. There are two large full bathrooms and three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and two with two twins each (which could be pushed together). The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. The host left cereal, milk, yogurt, croissants, and other breakfast treats for us. There are two gorgeous balconies and some pretty green space outside. The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood, but only steps from a few bars and restaurants. It is a five-minute walk to the historic center walls and a fifteen-minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. We chose this place mainly for the secured parking spot, as cars are restricted inside the old city walls, but we were pleased with everything!

Beautiful structure, convenient to the center of Bologna. There is a lack of adequate parking. The breakfast is not very varied, quite scarce, one croissant and one drink in the structure. On Sunday we were given a voucher to spend in a bar, also here croissant and coffee, which however opened at 9. For us, compared to our plans, it was a bit late. If these two things are corrected, it is perfect.

The suite with internal fireplace is beautiful, well cared for and clean. The location is excellent with a beautiful view of the city. If you pass through Bologna, it is worth trying.
