Our rooms are all equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, LCD TV, free wi- fi, mini bar and safe. Also you will find the entrance to the disposal of our guests a machine for espresso coffee and for tea.

From here you can walk to a leisurely walk along the famous arcades of Bologna, the most important landmarks of the city.

Our Bed and Breakfast is located ten minutes by car or bus (Bus line nr 28) from Fiera di Bologna.

Our Bed and Breakfast is located on the first floor of a building without elevator in Bologna, in the heart of the historic center of Bologna, in a pedestrian street side of Independence Street, the main shopping street of the city.

I stayed this weekend at B&B Residenza Maggiore in the historical center of Bologna, an unforgettable experience. The property is wonderful and well-kept. Our room was spacious, bright, and clean. Paolo, the manager of the B&B, was very kind and welcoming, always available to give us advice on what to do and see. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a high-quality and authentic stay at a modest price.

The accommodation was better than I expected. We did not meet the owner, but he was attentive to our needs at all times. The room is complete, you have a fridge, infusions and coffee available at all times. The place is quite quiet and you don't hear any noise at night. I will definitely repeat if I ever return to Bologna.

Great structure, good communication (via WhatsApp), total independence (access with code). The bathroom is spacious, breakfast is at the pastry shop with a voucher left in the room, right in the center, 10 minutes from the station and Piazza Maggiore. Very satisfied.

We stayed at this B&B over the New Year's weekend. The structure is very nice and the location is great, in 10 minutes you can reach both the train station and Piazza Maggiore and all the most important points of the city. What we didn't like was that no one informed us that on January 1st the affiliated pastry shop was closed (we found out by chance, only because we asked for information) and we had to pay for breakfast elsewhere. Furthermore, the morning after, we managed to go to the pastry shop, but you can only have coffee/cappuccino and a croissant, nothing else, not even a fruit juice! Honestly, for what we paid, I expected a little more.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore and the central station. Very clean and comfortable room, with well-kept and modern furnishings. The managers welcome with courtesy and professionalism and breakfast is offered by the property in excellent nearby bars or pastry shops on Via dell'Indipendenza. We will definitely come back!

Great location: in a side street of Via Indipendenza, close to the station and Piazza Maggiore. The managers were very helpful and provided clear directions to reach the place and for access management. Simple and cute studio, modern, with a large bathroom, all well maintained and clean. I also recommend it to those who want to stay more than one night. We happened to be there on a fair weekend and the price was a bit higher than indicated on the website but still the value for money is very good.

Nice apartment in a central location. We were 4 adults in the suite, the website says it can accommodate up to 6 people, but it was not comfortable for 4. The bathroom was also too small. Self-service breakfast but without fresh products. Missing yogurt, fruit juice, butter, and fresh milk as described on the website.

I stayed for one night with my partner, I was in Bologna for work reasons and due to my limited time I could not personally meet the owner, Lara, who was very helpful in answering my numerous questions (via email and phone) and giving me directions for parking. Very central location, also within walking distance from the train station. I will definitely come back to enjoy the beauties of Bologna that I couldn't visit during my stay.

The apartment is spacious, recently renovated, quiet and very clean. Very close to the city center and easy to reach on foot from the train station. Breakfast is not provided at the property, but at some bars in the area with a voucher. No negative notes. If I come back to Bologna it will definitely be my first choice.

Triple room, pleasure trip to the wonderful Bologna, dear Mrs. Lara, very attentive and always very helpful, new structure, excellent cleanliness, even though in the city center, no annoyance from external noises, but perhaps some slight noise from internal systems and from the drains of the upper apartments, breakfast is offered in one of the best bars in Bologna right in front of the property, I recommend Bar Impero, brand new and well-stocked, very kind staff, everything really perfect, highly recommended.

We stayed in the annex of the B&B Dell'Orso in Via Borgo San Pietro. The structure is located in the historic center, so very convenient for walking around. Parking is not a problem with the parking at Piazza 8 Agosto. The structure is very clean and warm (we stayed on 2 very cold days in December). Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. We stayed at this property last weekend. Optimal location just steps away from Via dell'Indipendenza and Piazza Maggiore. Very clean and welcoming rooms, comfortable bathroom with every convenience. Possibility to have coffee/tea at any time. In the property there is a machine with free pods for customers. Breakfast at the nearby Bar/Pastry shop (one of the best in Bologna!). Owner Mrs. Lara is helpful and attentive to our needs. I would say a perfect base to visit Bologna.

Owners of the B&B were extremely kind and helpful. Beautiful room and luxurious bathroom, well-furnished and very functional, clean, quiet, excellent central location also for reaching public transport. Breakfast at the affiliated bar, but of quality. Considering that we ended up in Bologna in the midst of two important events that (unfortunately for "normal" users) literally skyrocketed the costs of any structure, fair price. Recommended.

Very central and convenient location, I found parking in a side street of the ZTL area. I paid for parking directly at the property and notified the owner of the license plate and model. The room was very clean, brand new, and very quiet, as well as the bathroom. Breakfast is served at a great bar/pastry shop just a few steps from B&B Dell'Orso. Absolutely recommended.

Beautiful, brand new, quiet (as one would say, of a place right in the historic center between Via dell'Indipendenza and Via Galliera in Bologna?), with many comforts in the room and various accessories. The property is located in the city center, very close to Piazza Maggiore. This ensures easy access, even on foot, to any destination. Room number 2 is quite spacious. The walls are a bit thin, however, they do not provide good soundproofing compared to room number 3 next door. The exchange of information via email with Mrs. Lara has always been quick and characterized by the utmost kindness. Mrs. Mariana, who welcomed us, treated us with absolute cordiality and attention, also providing us with a series of useful tips about places to visit, places to eat typical Bolognese cuisine, and public transportation. Overall, we would gladly return to this property, so we recommend it to everyone.
