Description

The B&B "Commanderia del Gusto" is part of a beautiful restored guest house with garden deep in the green hills behind Fidenza (location Siccomonte), a few km from the Via Emilia, from the highway, from the Outlet Fidenza Village, from the hospital Vaio, from the medieval village of Tabiano and Salsomaggiore Terme. It is about 25 km from Parma.

The B&B offers its guests 2 double bedrooms and a spacious suite, all tastefully decorated with private bathroom, flat screen TV, air conditioning and free internet service, pets allowed.

A rich breakfast based on fresh ingredients is served on the morning.

On request we can organize wine ad typical products tasting, such as meats, cheeses, and other local delicacies.

Also for those who are fond of tours and walks, we are in the middle of nature trails, not far from Stirone Park and the circuit of the Castles of the Duchy of Parma and Piacenza (Castell 'Arquato, Vigoleno, Fontanellato), the remains of the Roman city of Velleia, the cities of Parma, Piacenza and Cremona.

For our valued guests, we have planned a small gustatory adventure; from homemade cakes, freshly baked warm brioches, bread and jams, seasonal fruit and yogurt, cereals and cookies for those who love a sweet awakening.

We were guests just this past weekend. The B&B Commanderia is truly enchanting, clean, very well-kept even in the smallest details. Quiet and peaceful, ideal for a romantic getaway and to escape the hectic city life. Truly a fantastic structure a few kilometers from Fidenza. You have an extraordinary panorama and atmosphere. The managers are friendly, especially the lady who runs everything with taste and elegance. If instead you have to talk about wines and motorcycles, you have to sit down with a good glass of wine with your companion.

Beautiful B&B in the middle of nature on the Via Francigena. Brand new structure, tastefully decorated, very welcoming, in short, a place to come back to. So much tranquility, excellent hospitality, good and plentiful breakfast served in a delightful place. Great advice from the hostess who immediately helped us and booked a restaurant not far away for dinner where we had a great time. Forget about 4-star hotels, here you feel better.

On the next occasion I will definitely come back here. Ideal place for relaxation in contact with nature. Everything is well-kept and clean. Room, outdoor areas, pool, and lawn. We stayed at the B&B Commanderia for one night, thanks to the Barter Week program, and overall everything was perfect, even beyond expectations. The location and the structure are beautiful, quiet, peace, and clean air. The owners Monica and Ennio are nice and kind, attentive to the customer, but never intrusive. The breakfast is plentiful, with delicious genuine products and homemade cakes. We absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few relaxing days in nature or a romantic weekend with their partner!

We stayed for only one night coming from the nearby outlet and heading, after the stay, to Fontanellato to visit the antique market. In a short time, however, we were able to appreciate the friendliness of the managers and the splendid structure that hosts the B&B Commanderia. I found this establishment by chance on the internet, wanting to visit the nearby Fidenza outlet at a leisurely pace. The welcome, the location, the beauty of the establishment, and last but not least the well-stocked cellar will definitely make me return to the area to meet again the two friendly and helpful managers, Ennio and Monica.
