Description
In a convenient area in the city center, a few steps from the hospital and the children's hospital "P. Barilla", the studio is located on the ground floor with independent entrance for maximum autonomy.

Equipped with a kitchen, free wifi and private parking
Casa Chiara is located in front of a small shopping center, served by buses 3, 4, 5, and is at the same time ideal for reaching the ring road for the Parma fairs and the airport.

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 20% of the total cost of the booking

Casa Chiara is really a beautiful apartment, well furnished, in modern style, very clean. The heart of Parma can be easily reached on foot and in front of the building's entrance there is the bus stop that goes to the train station. The owner is very kind, attentive, and available for every need. Highly recommended!

The structure is impeccable, there is everything needed for a pleasant stay, very clean and tidy, warm and welcoming, complete with all the cooking accessories. The managers are exceptional people, very attentive to customer care. The landlady is a lovely and very helpful lady. Breakfast is not provided, but the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is stocked with plenty of towels and a hairdryer. Very clean place.

My wife and I went to Parma for health reasons and therefore we chose to stay at the B&B Casa Chiara in the “Luna” suite, a two-room apartment located about 250 meters from the “Maggiore” hospital, so very convenient and easily accessible. The area is full of supermarkets, bars, shops, and restaurants and is also well served by public transport. The apartment is extremely clean and tastefully furnished, equipped with all comforts, making the stay more enjoyable, and exudes a very familiar atmosphere. A special thanks goes to Marilena, the owner, a kind, helpful person, and particularly attentive to guests' needs. For all these reasons, I recommend it especially to those with special tranquility needs.

Ideally located, the property has a parking space and a secure entrance. The studio is beautiful and well decorated. The bedding is very comfortable. There are plenty of accessories and added options that are not necessarily found in other rooms I have rented, making the stay very enjoyable. The owner is affectionate and has many little attentions towards the guest, she seems to have thought of every detail in the functional organization and decoration of the studio. I recommend!

We, Swiss-Italian retired couple, really enjoyed our stay in Parma at B&B Casa Chiara Suite Sole. It offers (almost) everything you can expect from a B&B. We especially want to highlight the availability and kindness of Marilena, the B&B manager, the well-kept and super clean accommodation with a small kitchen (breakfast is not provided, but there is the possibility to have breakfast nearby), the possibility to park the car in a secure garage, the proximity to the center of Parma (about 20-25 minutes on foot, by bike on cycle paths within 10 minutes, or by bus with a stop near the B&B) and the possibility of shopping near the B&B. We can highly recommend the B&B Casa Chiara Suite Sole!

I absolutely recommend the facility. I stayed for a week to be able to assist my husband in the hospital (I live 250 km away). I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Marilena and realizing how her kindness and gentleness characterize her, not only professionally but with pleasure. Her availability marked my stay and made me feel at home, comfortable. The facility is extremely clean and remarkably fresh, and the environment is decorated and coordinated with extreme and pleasant taste. Inside the house, you can find everything, and I mean everything, that a tourist might need because as I wrote, the owner has studied the environment in detail so that her guests can feel satisfied and pleased with the service. I thank you again for the pleasant stay (although for a less pleasant reason) and the kindness shown to me. Highly recommended.

We stayed for two weeks in this B&B, due to renovations in our apartment, located in a very convenient and well-served location. The apartment is truly beautiful and functional, very welcoming, practically nothing is missing, impeccable cleanliness of the premises, never found a structure so perfectly clean in every detail. The owners Marilena and Alessandro are two wonderful and caring people always ready to meet every need.

Studio apartment with all the comforts, garage available for a possible car, very quiet, excellent location compared to the center, the hospital, and the main services (shopping center a few meters away). What can I say... the Hostess of the house exquisite, caring and very attentive to every need of the Guests. Perfect location for impeccable order and cleanliness, as well as an enviable strategic position to visit Parma, reserved garage (and that's not little) in short, if I had to go back to Parma, I know where to go. 5 well-deserved stars.

We stayed in the Suite Sole, my husband and my daughter Fiorenza. We had a great time starting from the welcome of Mrs. Marilena who gave us many tips on Parma and very useful advice as they had to look for a house for the University. Excellent location, cleanliness, and excellent comfort. We will definitely meet again since my daughter has started her studies.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B per una breve vacanza, in occasione del ponte del 25 aprile, la struttura vicinissima al centro della città, è anche un'ottimo punto di partenza per il giro dei circostanti castelli del Ducato di Parma (reggia di Colorno, Torrechiara, Fontanellato, Montechiarugolo, Sala Baganza, Roccabianca,...); locale nuovissimo, pulitissimo e arredata con gusto: anche il dettaglio è curato nei minimi particolari. Comodissimo il parcheggio riservato e il centro commerciale Coop di fronte alla struttura. I proprietari gentili e disponibili. Struttura ottima. Da segnalare anche la vicinanza con l'ospedale, per coloro che necessitassero di un punto d'appoggio per seguire eventuali persone ricoverate.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B vicinissimo all'Ospedale ed al centro della città; veramente nuovissima, pulitissima e arredata con tantissimo gusto: ogni dettaglio è curato nei minimi particolari. La posizione è ottimamente servita dai mezzi di trasporto pubblico ed ho trovato ottimo il parcheggio riservato. Altra grande comodità il centro commerciale Coop di fronte alla struttura. I proprietari di casa gentilissimi e di una disponibilità unica: consiglio decisamente questa struttura.

Sono stata in questa splendida casina a San Valentino per trovare il mio ragazzo che lavora a Parma. Sono rimasta stupefatta dalla pulizia eleganza raffinatezza e gentilezza della proprietaria, una favola! Addirittura ci ha fatto trovare baci perugina e cuoricini di cioccolato e pulito ogni giorno! ho passato 3 giorni fantastici e se torno a Parma di sicuro tornerò solo li dalla signora Marilena! Piacevole soggiorno. Struttura a due passi dall’Ospedale, nuovissima, pulitissima e arredata con gusto. Ben collegata con il centro e la stazione. Per chi ama camminare si può raggiungere tutto anche a piedi. Supermercato Coop di fronte alla struttura. Proprietaria di casa molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione al bar inclusa, persino le ciabatte monouso. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Dovendo tornare più volte per motivi lavorativi, sicuramente pernotteró nuovamente presso questa struttura.
