Description

This is our grandparents' house that we have arranged with great passion in order to transform it in B&B "All' Alba ", a peace corner in the countryside of Savio.

Our B&B is situated in a quiet area far from loud traffic but only at 600mt. from the main road of Romagna (Statale 16 Adriatica) and at 20 minutes on foot from the railway station of Savio di Ravenna - Lido di Savio - Lido di Classe. We can accommodate our guests in two large and comfortable rooms: 1 double room (sqm 17) and 1 family room with a double bed +2 extra beds (sqm 27). The rooms are provided with linen and they have a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. In front of our B&B there is a wide and green garden where sunbeds and a shower are at your disposal; there are also a playground area for your children and a barbecue. Close to the garden you find our private car parking. Nearby our B&B guests can take advantage of well-kept cycle paths; for amusing tours in the surroundings free bikes are available and we have a garage where you can park yours.

B&B " All'Alba " is the ideal place for a quiet and restful holiday and we will be glad to welcome you for a beautiful and unforgettable stay.

The morning breakfast is very rich and it consists of every kind of delicious food, for example: cakes and biological jam, fruit, salami, ham, cheese and typical Romagna specialities such as “piadina” and “ciambella”.

This is the paternal grandparents' house.

Where we have always celebrated the most beautiful Christmases, holidays, and special occasions, together with cousins, siblings, children, husbands, uncles, nieces, and dearest friends.

All of this, thanks to the wonderful grandmother Alba.

Today, we have decided to extend the warmth and hospitality of our family to all those who come to visit us at our B&B, because grandma Alba is always amazing.

Area countryside

From the B&B in 20 minutes by bike you can reach the wonderful and sandy beach of Lido di Classe and the amazing pinewood along the seaside. Not to be missed the nearby naturalistic Area of Foce Bevano and the WWF oasis “Ortazzo e Ortazzino, that you can visit on foot or using a canoe. Both areas are part of the “Parco del Delta del Po”.
If you want to have fun we suggest “ Mirabilandia” (one of the greatest fun-fair in Italy), which is reachable in 5 minutes by car; there is also a free bus service from the railway station of Savio to Mirabilandia. If you prefer to visit a beautiful and historical town, Ravenna is situated at 15 minutes and you can go there by car or by train; it is worldwide famous for its wonderful and unique byzantine mosaics of San Vitale, Galla Placidia and Sant’Apollinare.
Milano Marittima is not far from Savio (4 km); this town is renowned for its luxury shops, restaurants and discos. Near the centre, in a quiet area, there is a golf course; if you love riding, you can do it at the riding centre “Le Siepi”, which is a few kilometres far either from Milano Marittima or from our B&B.
In 5 minutes by car or by train you can go to Cervia, a seaside resort especially famous for its salt-pans, which are part of the “Parco del Delta del Po”. This area is a paradise for birdwatchers and the salt is used for treatments in the modern SPA.

Mrs. Patrizia was very courteous and helpful. The B&B is in a strategic location to spend a few days at Mirabilandia and/or near the Saline di Cervia. The atmosphere is very familiar and welcoming. The room was very clean upon our arrival. The property is highly recommended for the quality of breakfast (excellent locally sourced ingredients) and to spend a few days away from the city chaos.

Patrizia's house is located in a very peaceful place, surrounded by the green fields, yet at the same time convenient for visiting Cervia with its salt pans and especially the beautiful Ravenna. Patrizia's welcome is embracing, immediately putting her guests at ease and providing many recommendations on things to do and see. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. Excellent cleanliness. Pleasant and relaxing structure, excellent breakfast, impeccable cleanliness. Unfortunately, the manager does not have bike availability, even though it was mentioned in the description, and this penalizes because it is very isolated. Polite welcome... at times.

The structure is well-kept and the environment clean. Patrizia and her family are excellent hosts, welcoming and courteous. We stayed only 1 night, however we would have extended the stay if there had been the possibility. Traditional and abundant breakfast (excellent English trifle!).

An oasis a stone's throw from the sea and the major attractions. Ms. Patrizia is very good at making you feel at home. We stayed in a spacious, spotless loft. Nice front garden equipped for take away dining and cooking meat, refrigerator and small kitchen. A good experience. Nice people.

I stayed with my wife at B&B All'Alba and we really enjoyed our stay. Family-run structure, just like the hospitality. The farmhouse is located in a quiet area that promotes rest; the breakfast deserves a chapter of its own, abundant, delicious and above all homemade by Mrs. Alba, cookies, chocolate cakes, jams, piadinas, crepes, and much more. Mrs. Patrizia is uniquely sympathetic, really lovely people. We will return with great pleasure if we find ourselves in the area. A significant aspect is the strategic location, just a few km from Milano Marittima, Savio and Lido di Classe, Mirabilandia and Ravenna, highly recommended.

I spent one night as a couple, the service was welcoming and the lady who manages, along with her husband, the structure is of a kindness to which unfortunately we are no longer accustomed. Very spacious room and suitable structure for those who want to relax.
