Description

Private house with garden and free internet on the ground floor. Our facility is located in a lovely detached house with a private garden on the ground floor. You can easily park in a quiet area and reach us easily by the bus line, which passes every hour and has a nearby stop for Modena and Carpi. Nearby you will find restaurants, pizzerias for take-away, and a pharmacy.

Guests will enjoy maximum freedom to enter and exit our B&B, having the keys at their disposal. This also guarantees maximum privacy.

Our newly renovated rooms have a private bathroom, free Wi-Fi, a set of towels, and a courtesy kit (shampoo, shower gel, soap, hairdryer).

The structure is nice, the manager is very kind and helpful, the room is clean. The only thing that struck me was that they removed the small sofa in the room as soon as we mentioned that we had other friends in the village. With the reason that they needed to change it, they immediately removed it and it remained outside all weekend. Perhaps they thought we would host friends in the room, but that was not the case, we would have asked for it. This is the only flaw: a room without support other than the bed for the entire weekend.
