Communication with the host was perfect, Luana was very reactive and well organized. The apartment is wonderful, ancient building but modern inside, well isolated from the outside (busy street), situated less than 15 minutes from the station and about 15 minutes from the city center. I had the chance to be given a 2-bedroom (instead of a single) with air conditioning which was really useful in July, as there was nobody at the same time as me (except the 1st night), so therefore I also had my own bathroom. Everything was very clean. Only wi-fi didn't work always very well. Thank you very much Luana for your welcoming. I highly recommend this B&B.

What can I say, 10 out of 10! Impeccable service! First of all, a thank you to the manager, Mrs. Luana, who kindly waited for me until midnight, the time of my flight's arrival! Impeccable cleanliness, precision, abundant breakfast, spacious areas available! Highly recommended also for the excellent value for money and the very central location, just a 3-minute walk from the BLQ airport bus stop via dei mille. I will come back!

The ratio between the number of rooms and bathrooms 3/1 seems poor to me, considering that you have to leave the room by 10.

Gentile cliente, grazie per la recensione, ma mi sa che ha contato male i bagni sono 2 e le camere 4 il rapporto è 2/1. Non capisco il nesso tra la quantità di bagni e il check-out. Comunque nella descrizione è scritto tutto anche l'orario di check in e check out ed avendo avuto la possibilità di lasciare la valigia fino alle 18 in struttura non capisco neanche il senso della lamentela.

I booked a bit in the dark for a couple of friends who were coming to visit us and we couldn't accommodate; they found it very good, the room was comfortable, the bathroom spotless and the lady very friendly without being intrusive, parking was not a problem, even though there is no reserved one.
