The penthouse is situated in a peaceful area surrounded by greenery, offering a stunning view of San Luca. It is the perfect choice for those looking to stay in a quiet and welcoming environment, away from the hustle and bustle yet well-connected. The apartment is bright and spacious, featuring five well-arranged bedrooms (one with a French bed, three doubles, and one twin room with single beds), two bathrooms, a functional kitchen, and a panoramic terrace of 100 m², ideal for relaxing or sharing moments with others.

The historic center and the train station can be easily reached in about 20 minutes by bus, with no transfers needed, while the fairground is approximately 40 minutes away. The bus stop is only 300 meters from the property. Guests also have access to a parking space within the communal courtyard, suitable for a small car.

Giovanni, the host, has gained experience in hospitality by enthusiastically collaborating with his mother Geraldina and will be delighted to make you feel at home. An active and curious individual, he enjoys engaging with people and different cultures. Guided bicycle tours to explore the city can be arranged upon request. The place was exactly where we wanted to be, not for everyone of course, but finding a five-bedroom roomy home is a challenge. This place checked all our boxes: roomy for friends and family not used to traveling together to give extra space, lots of walking space (parks) for our dogs (we did not end up taking them but it would have been wonderful). The bus stop is literally a 5-minute walk away, and the ride downtown takes about 20 minutes. Grocery stores and other amenities are very close by. The interior was wonderful, and we did not think we would be able to enjoy the very large rooftop patio, but we did, and it really makes the place. I would highly recommend staying here. It has parking, which was a bonus for us. We did not use our rental very often, but it was convenient to have, and it was inside the secure gated area. The hosts were fabulous, and when our flight was delayed by a day and we had a long drive arriving very late at night, they arranged a good option for key pickup and offered to pick up some groceries for us so we could have breakfast at home when we woke up. We stayed here for four weeks, and if available we would stay here next year for three months. Highly recommended. Also, while it is only a 15-minute drive from the airport, it is in a wonderful residential area with a view of San Luca and lots of walking trails. It took us about 50 minutes to walk downtown, and it is an easy, flat walk. A really great property all around in my view and very quiet. We have already asked to rent it next year.
