Casa Menarini's attic is a recently renovated structure just a few steps away from Sant'Orsola-Malpighi Hospital, offering multiple accommodation options:
- Apartment: consisting of two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, kitchen, and dining area, this spacious and comfortable accommodation also features a large terrace available to guests. The entire apartment or individual rooms can be booked depending on needs and length of stay.

- Studio: a spacious attic that has been made independent and equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom, and small laundry area.

In our apartments with spacious double rooms, all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay are provided (television, heating, etc.). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, gas oven, etc., for guests to cook independently. A washing machine and iron are also available to clients.

We are located in front of the main entrance of Malpighi Hospital (Albertoni and Palagi pavilions). From our building, you can directly access the internal garden of Sant'Orsola Hospital (Pavilion 2), with the possibility of easily reaching all the pavilions on foot.

The structure is particularly convenient for people receiving day hospital treatments or assisting patients at Sant'Orsola Hospital or at facilities such as Sismer, Negrisoli nursing home, Villa Laura, Villa Torri, Technobios Institute, and Rizzoli Orthopedic Institute.

From the Alemanni porch (V. Mazzini), the historic center/university can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, and the fairgrounds and train station can be reached by bus in a few minutes.

We have a beautiful private garden with parking spaces, and the rooms overlook it.
