Lovely studio located on the third and last floor (with no lift) of an ancient building. The flat was fully renovated in 2015. It is ideal for a couple. It has a cooking area, a double bed, a double couch bed and a bathroom (with a French window that opens onto a balcony) with all comforts (toilet, bidet and shower).
The whole flat is carefully furnished and, furthermore, there are independent central heating system and aluminum double glazed casing (ideal for protecting the internal temperatures of the environments of your liking).
The flat is located in via Asiago, on the very first outskirts of Bologna, close to porta San Felice (only 700/800 meters) and therefore, close to the historical center. A street not at all busy and well served by public transports (the bus stop is just 100 meters away, at the adjacent Via Saffi and Via Vittorio Veneto), from which you can reach the historical center on foot, in just 10/15 minutes.
Nearby there are several typical restaurants, a post office, supermarkets, and a large park that allows a relaxing walks and also in total safety. No problem for parking.

The property is in a great location, 20 minutes from the center on foot, a few minutes by bus. Contrary to what was published in the advertisement, there is no Wi-Fi, parking is a problem as it is paid and it is difficult to find it after 6 pm when it becomes available. Additionally, the beds are poorly positioned in the room, there are no bedside tables and light points near the bed, the shower mat is missing, there are no hooks in the bathroom for towels, the wardrobe is very small, and there is no place to hang clothes. With a little effort, it could improve significantly.

I used the structure to accommodate some relatives, they found it good, clean and hospitable environments. The managers are friendly. Good value for money.

The only positive note is the proximity to the center and public transport. As for the rest, the studio is on the top floor without an elevator (sixty steps). During booking, they assured me that there would be a cot for the baby, but it was not there. After complaining on the phone, they assured us that the next day we would find the cot (meanwhile, they provided us with the sofa bed in the studio), but we are still waiting for it. In the meantime, we slept on a broken and uncomfortable bed with blankets that had a very bad smell, making it impossible to sleep. They wanted to be paid in advance and in cash. Experience to forget!
