Description

Appartamento Bononia is an apartment for tourist use located in the center, via Broccaindosso 59, which has just been modernized and is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor bedroom (for 2 people) with independent bathroom as well as living room with double sofa bed (for 2 more people) and kitchen. In the basement we find a second bedroom with a second bathroom. Independence and functionality at a low cost.

Appartamento Bononia follows in the footsteps of our first tourist rental apartment, "Appartamento Pietro's", active in the past, already present on this website.

Appartamento Bononia is not a B&B but a "tourist rental apartment", so we cannot offer breakfast. You can prepare it in complete autonomy in the well-equipped kitchen or consume it at the best nearby bars that we will recommend.

Appartamento Bononia follows in the footsteps of our first tourist rental apartment "Appartamento Pietro's", the realization of a small secret dream, a completely renovated location to give hospitality to tourists and/or visitors to the splendid city where we have lived for almost 30 years. The accommodation is cared for in every small detail, from the parquet to the lights, we still continue to perfect it in comfort thanks to your advice and suggestions, always welcome.

We really like getting to know and meeting new people, meeting their every little need, doing everything to make them feel at home. We always hope that everyone will have as beautiful a memory of Bononia as possible. The satisfaction of our guests is the most important thing for us. Thanks to all those who will give us the opportunity to welcome them with enthusiasm in our structure.

Area city center

Complete and very independent Apartment! Two bedroom, kitchen and two bathroom! The apartment is located on the ground floor of a quite building in Via Broccaindosso, n. 59, in the historical CENTRE, very closed to the Piazza Maggiore, the Two Towers, the Fair District and the Railway Station.

Bank Institutes, post office, chemist’s shop, bar and restaurants (quite famous for their typical local cuisine) are just two steps away.

The area is served by public transports (also for the Airport "G. Marconi")

We do not have a parking space available for the guests but it's possible to park your car in a private garage or in a plublic area very closed to the studio flat, for 7, 50 euro daily.

The property is clean and equipped with everything necessary for sleeping and cooking. The location is perfect, just steps from the center, but in a quiet area. Pietro, the owner, welcomed us to his apartment, providing us with excellent information on how to get around, more details on where to shop or eat out without spending too much. As for the apartment, on two levels, with an entrance at street level, two bedrooms with a double bed, two bathrooms, a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment was very clean and, especially given the cold in Bologna, warm with independent heating. Pietro was very helpful with every request of mine from the moment of booking. Truly a beautiful apartment just a few minutes from everything.

A very functional and nice apartment close to the center. It is easy to reach the city center and the hospital. There are shops and supermarkets nearby and many nice restaurants. I had a great time and the host is very kind.

In relazione all'aspetto della qualità/prezzo che risulta più penalizzata rispetto agli atri voti eccellenti, ci preme ricordarle che (per nostro sbaglio di impostazione prezzi) ha pagato per tutto l'appartamento circa 45 euro circa a notte. Più di così.. ;-)

We stayed at the Appartamento Bononia for two days. Two fabulous days. This apartment is truly special, functional, beautiful beautiful beautiful! It's quiet, and the light that caresses it just makes you dream. Just a few steps from San Vitale, in the heart of Bologna, surrounded by every service, it's truly a discovery. The owner is extremely helpful and really smart. We will be back. Highly recommended.

I chose this accommodation for its proximity to Sant'Orsola hospital but also because you can reach the heart of the historic center in a few minutes on foot. The apartment is new and characteristic. I used the kitchen to prepare lunch by myself while in the evening I had the embarrassment of choice among the numerous restaurants in the surroundings. I thank Paolo for his courtesy and availability.

I stayed in this cozy apartment with a friend last April. We felt really comfortable and in a strategic position due to the proximity to the pedestrian area of the historic center and several places to enjoy excellent Bolognese cuisine. In addition to these advantages, the added value was the courtesy and availability of the manager in giving us valuable suggestions for anything. We definitely recommend it!

Very well-kept and cozy apartment, separate kitchen and small but functional bathroom. Very quiet as it overlooks the interior and very clean. The owner was very kind and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed as it was our first time staying in this beautiful city. We will definitely come back.
