3 new and refined apartments in an upscale area (Arcoveggio - Corticella - Arcoverde).
"Mago Zurlì" accommodates up to 6 guests, consisting of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony (suitable as a smoking area and for summer lunches). On the 1st floor with elevator.
"Magica Bologna" accommodates up to 8 guests and consists of 2 bedrooms, living room/kitchen, balcony (suitable as a smoking area), bathroom. On the 1st floor with elevator.
Both have free parking on the street below with availability of a single and private garage.
Both are equipped with air conditioning, heating, LED TV in every room, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, juicer, toaster, espresso coffee machine, oven, hob, large refrigerator with independent freezer.
Additionally, there is a washing machine and hairdryer in the bathroom, as well as an iron and ironing board.
All necessary comforts are provided!
The apartments are located 10 minutes by car (4 km) from the train station, the fair, Fico and the airport.
800 meters from the ring road that connects the entire city, including the Unipol Arena (Palamalaguti) and all national highways.
2 minutes from Villa Erbosa.
Served by public buses (in front of the street), or taxis, with a large park in the neighborhood, restaurants (affiliated with us), market, bars, ice cream shops, self-service, post office, and bank.
Finally, the newest addition: "I Love Bologna"! Same area - Via Roncaglio. Accommodates up to 5 guests, consisting of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony, with a magnificent view from the 4th floor, of the Bolognese hills and the Sanctuary of San Luca. 4th floor with elevator.

Wonderful welcome, cozy structure and treats for guests with special lights and chocolates but a special mention goes to the towels folded in the shape of tortellini on the bed, recommended to everyone.
