Both have free parking on the street below with availability of a single and private garage.
Both are equipped with air conditioning, heating, LED TV in every room, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, juicer, toaster, espresso coffee machine, oven, hob, large refrigerator with independent freezer.
Additionally, there is a washing machine and hairdryer in the bathroom, as well as an iron and ironing board.
All necessary comforts are provided!
