The Cioppi apartment, located in a strategic position, offers a welcoming and comfortable environment for visitors. This delightful accommodation consists of a spacious double bedroom, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. The small living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for accommodating an additional guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a fridge with freezer, a microwave, and a coffee machine.

The bathroom features a modern shower cabin with hydro-massage function, ensuring a moment of pure relaxation. Additionally, there is a storage room with a washing machine, for an even more convenient and practical stay. The apartment also has independent heating, to adapt to our guests' different temperature preferences.

For families with a child, a cot bed can be added upon request. Furthermore, our services include air conditioning, free WiFi, and a television for your entertainment.

The accommodation is conveniently located for all services: just 700 meters from the bus station and 900 meters from the train station. We are only 1.5 kilometers from the fair (reachable in a 10-minute walk) and just 10 minutes from the two towers.

The apartment is situated within the restricted traffic area (ZTL) of Bologna. Therefore, parking is only possible with the purchase of an access and parking permit, available at the nearby tobacconists (via del Borgo di San Pietro).

Francesca and her mother were amazing hosts! The apartment was located about 10 minutes from the train station, and 10-15 minutes to the historical centre. Check-in was a smooth process and they even gave us wonderful recommendations of what to see and where to eat. The apartment itself was very clean, easy to get to, and had everything that we needed. We stayed with our 8 month old baby and it was a perfect place for us. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Appartamento Cioppi is great value. The location is ideal, near two great walking streets in the student area, great local bars and restaurants. As an older woman, solo, I always felt safe and indeed welcome. A great jazz club is a short walk away, indeed the centre of Bologna is a short walk away. The apartment doesn’t have a view but it’s spotlessly clean and has everything you need in a kitchen to make a meal. Supermarkets nearby, the station not far away but if you need help with luggage taxis will come to the apartment via a phone call. The owner is a delight, very helpful with ideas of what to do, and could not have been more welcoming. The building feels safe, the bed is very comfortable and extra warm bedding in the cupboard. This was a great budget option, I highly recommend Cioppi. Thank you!

Great place to spend a few days exploring Bologna. It is 20 minutes walking distance from the historical city center of Bologna and 10 minutes away from the bus/train station, so you don't need to take any public transportation while in this apartment. The apartment is a 1-bedroom on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen. Cinzia is a great host! Thank you for all the recommendations on what to do in Bologna. Overall we had a great stay.

Perfect apartment for a perfect weekend! The location is great, starting from the Appartamento Cioppi we took a beautiful walk admiring the beauties of Bologna to reach the city center. Moreover, it's even better in person than in the photos! The lady is very helpful and kind, in fact despite the late hour of our arrival she gave us advice on what to see, eat, and do in Bologna. The three strengths of this property are certainly the welcome and availability of the owner (allowing a check-out at 4:30 pm is certainly not for everyone); the strategic location 10 minutes from the station on foot and 10 minutes from the center of Bologna (pleasantly visited thanks to the valuable advice of the owner); the presence of air conditioning (Bologna is a very hot city). Too bad for the lack of shower gel/shampoo but for those like us who did not have it, there are two supermarkets 50 meters from the accommodation where you can buy everything you need. Overall an excellent structure especially for the quality/price ratio. We will be back!

Magnificent apartment, very clean and with all the necessary comforts, particularly the shower is wonderful. The location is strategic, you can get to any point in the center in no time and it is easily reachable from the airport by taxi, Marconi Express or car sharing. Apartment is in great shape (everything seems new and functional). It's located very close to the station (useful for day trips) and still a short stroll from Bologna center. It's also very quiet and you can relax. There is kitchen equipment (coffee capsules are offered) and what you need for a shorter or longer stay. Apartment is ground floor so there is no view (if you don't mind it) and I missed a bit of bathroom accessories (e. g. a small shampoo). Cinzia (the owner) did everything great to facilitate me (communication was great, check-in smooth, check-out even smoother) and also was polite enough to send me something I forgot.

The only thing I would improve is the Wifi: I couldn't use my tablet because the signal was practically nonexistent and considering that even the mobile signal is very poor I felt limited, but I would definitely come back.

The Cioppi Apartment is clean, well-kept, and very refined. The proximity to both the center and the train station makes it perfect for getting around both on foot and to move to nearby locations. The owner, Mrs. Cinzia, has been very attentive to our needs as "accidental tourists", proving to be a perfect Cicerone, as well as a perfect host. I stayed in the apartment for only one day, but enough to appreciate its qualities. First of all, it is just as seen in the photos: well-kept, clean, comfortable, functional, and equipped with every comfort. The surrounding area is peaceful and the location is enviable for walking around. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, impeccable cleanliness, and is located in an area full of services and places. Walking, in ten minutes you reach the central station and the city's tourist attractions. Cinzia was very welcoming and helpful. My next weekend in Bologna will definitely be at her B&B.

Recently renovated and very well-kept structure, located very close to the city center (about 800 meters) and the central station. The owner is very attentive, truly a "good hostess". Highly recommended.

A pretty apartment. Just made with care for every detail. Cinzia, our host, had thought of everything. The house is quiet, close to the railway station and cozy via Mascarella.

The host, Mrs. Cinzia Collina, was very helpful and responded promptly to all our doubts and requests. The value for money is fair and we found the apartment clean and fully equipped. If I may give a suggestion to the owners, I would install blinds to darken the rooms well because in the evening the light of the inner courtyard was often on (automatically) and filtered a lot of light into the bedroom. I would recommend staying here to all those looking for privacy and wanting to stay well connected to the center of Bologna. I will definitely come back. Thank you for the great experience.
