The Cioppi apartment, located in a strategic position, offers a welcoming and comfortable environment for visitors. This delightful accommodation consists of a spacious double bedroom, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. The small living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for accommodating an additional guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a fridge with freezer, a microwave, and a coffee machine.

The bathroom features a modern shower cabin with hydro-massage function, ensuring a moment of pure relaxation. Additionally, there is a storage room with a washing machine, for an even more convenient and practical stay. The apartment also has independent heating, to adapt to our guests' different temperature preferences.

For families with a child, a cot bed can be added upon request. Furthermore, our services include air conditioning, free WiFi, and a television for your entertainment.

The accommodation is conveniently located for all services: just 700 meters from the bus station and 900 meters from the train station. We are only 1.5 kilometers from the fair (reachable in a 10-minute walk) and just 10 minutes from the two towers.

The apartment is situated within the restricted traffic area (ZTL) of Bologna. Therefore, parking is only possible with the purchase of an access and parking permit, available at the nearby tobacconists (via del Borgo di San Pietro).

Great place to spend a few days exploring Bologna. It is 20min walking distance form the historical city center of Bologna and 10 minutes away from the bus/ train station, so you don't need to take any public transportation while in this apartment. The apartment is a 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a fully equiped kitchen. Cinzia is a great host! Thank you for all the reccommendations on what to do in Bologna. Overall we had a great stay!

Apartment is in great shape (everything seems new and functional). It's located very close to the station (useful for day trips) and still a short stroll from Bologna center. It's also very quiet and you can relax. There is kitchen equipment (coffee capsules are offered) and what you need for a shorter or longer stay. Apartment is ground floor so there is no view (if you don't mind it) and I missed a bit of bathroom accessories (e. g. a small shampoo). Cinzia (the owner) did everything great to facilitate me (communication was great, check-in smooth, check-out even smoother) and also was polite enough to send me something I forgot.

Agréable B&B à égale distance de la gare ferroviaire et du centre ville (10 minutes à pied), dans un quartier calme. La propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique et a fait son maximum pour rendre notre séjour le meilleur possible. Ho soggiornato in Casa Cioppi con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è in una posizione molto comoda, vicina alla stazione ed a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Ottima pulizia e accessibilità anche con la carrozzina. A completare il bel quadro, la gentilezza di Cinzia è fuori dal comune, ci ha fornito anche preziose indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare e dove andare a mangiare. Voto 10!

Appartamento perfetto per un weekend perfetto! La posizione è ottima, partendo dalla casa abbiamo fatto una bellissima passeggiata ammirando le bellezze di Bologna per andare in centro. Inoltre di presenza è anche meglio che dalle foto! La signora è molto disponibile e gentilissima, infatti nonostante la tarda ora del nostro arrivo ci ha dato consigli su cosa vedere, mangiare e fare a Bologna. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

I tre punti di forza di questa struttura sono certamente l’accoglienza e la disponibilità della proprietaria (consentire un check-out alle 16:30 non è certo da tutti); la posizione strategica a 10 minuti dalla stazione a piedi e 10 minuti dal centro di Bologna (gradevolmente visitata grazie anche ai preziosi consigli della proprietaria); la presenza di aria condizionata (Bologna è davvero una città molto calda). Peccato per la mancanza di bagnoschiuma/shampoo ma per chi come noi ne era sprovvisto, a 50 mt dall’alloggio ci sono due supermercati dove poter acquistare tutto il necessario. Nel complesso un’ottima struttura soprattutto per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Torneremo!

Host super disponibile, pronta a dare anche preziose info per girare Bologna (menzione speciale alla piccola ma preziosa guida "Bologna in un giorno" da lei preparata). Posizione dell'appartamento relativamente centrale da cui è facile recarsi in centro.

Appartamento magnifico, pulitissimo e con ogni comfort necessario, in particolare la doccia è stupenda. La posizione è strategica, si arriva in qualsiasi punto del centro in pochissimo tempo e si raggiunge molto facilmente dall'aeroporto tramite taxi, Marconi Express o car sharing. La cortesia e disponibilità della signora Cinzia e di sua figlia Francesca (i gestori) sono senza paragoni. In sintesi se dovete venire a Bologna è questo l'appartamento da prenotare. Bellissima esperienza.

Abbiamo soggiornato il mio ragazzo ed io per un weekend. Cinzia è stata gentilissima fin da subito nel darci più informazioni possibili su Bologna e nonostante il nostro treno ha portato ritardo ci ha aspettato senza problemi. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per il weekend di Capodanno. L'appartamento, situato a poca distanza dalla stazione e dal centro, é dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, é spazioso e pulito. L'unica cosa che migliorerei è il Wifi: non sono riuscita ad utilizzare il mio tablet perché il segnale era pressoché inesistente e considerando che anche il segnale mobile è scarsissimo mi sentivo limitata, ma tornerei sicuramente.

L'appartamento è pulito, curato e molto rifinito. La vicinanza sia al centro, sia alla stazione lo rende perfetto per muoversi sia a piedi sia per muoversi nelle località limitrofe. Il proprietario, la signora Cinzia, si è mostrata molto attenta alle nostre esigenze di "turisti per caso", dimostrandosi una perfetta Cicerone, oltre che una perfetta padrona di casa. Torneremo sicuramente, sia l'appartamento sia i proprietari sanno farsi ricordare.

Struttura moderna e confortevole e dotata di tutti i confort, all'arrivo era tutto pulito e in ordine, come illustrato dalle foto. L'appartamento è situato a 10 minuti dal centro e dalla stazione, il che rende la posizione comoda per lo spostamento a piedi. Inoltre è da sottolineare la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari che sono stati sempre reperibili e informati sulle attività bolognesi.

Anzitutto è così come le si vede in foto: curato nei dettagli, pulito, comodo, funzionale e dotato di ogni comfort. Il contesto intorno è tranquillo e la posizione invidiabile per muoversi a piedi. Applauso per la proprietaria, che già al telefono mi aveva fatto un'ottima impressione; e durante il soggiorno ho avuto conferma della sua cortesia, ospitalità genuina e simpatia. L'appartamento è fornito di ogni confort, la pulizia impeccabile, è situato in una zona piena di servizi e locali. Passeggiando, in dieci minuti si raggiunge la stazione centrale e le attrattive turistiche della cittá. Cinzia è stata molto accogliente e disponibile. Il mio prossimo week end a Bologna sicuramente nel suo B&B.

Struttura di recentissima ristrutturazione e curatissima, situata in zona molto vicina al centro cittadino (circa 800 metri) e alla stazione centrale. La proprietaria molto attenta, veramente una "buona padrona di casa". Consigliatissima.

A pretty apartment. As new made with cate for each detail. Cinzia our host had thought at everything. The house is quiet close to the railway station and cosy via Mascarella.

Il gestore, la Signora Cinzia Collina, è stata molto disponibile e ha risposto molto velocemente a tutti i nostri dubbi e le nostre richieste. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è giusto e l'appartamento lo abbiamo trovato pulito e completo di tutto. Se posso dare un consiglio ai gestori, installerei delle tende per oscurare bene i locali perché alla sera la luce del cortile interno era spesso accesa (automaticamente) e filtrava molto luce nella camera da letto. Consiglierei di soggiornare qui a tutti coloro che cercano privacy e vogliono restare ben collegati al centro di Bologna. Tornerò sicuramente. Grazie per la bella esperienza.
