The two apartments, both with two bedrooms, are located in the historic center of Parma, in Strada Benedetto Cairoli, a few steps from the Duomo and the Baptistery. They are convenient for all services, shopping, restaurants and for visiting all the main tourist attractions of the city, reachable in a few minutes on foot.

They are also ideal for guests who need to reach the Parma Fairs or teach at the University. They are located a few minutes from the train station which is therefore easily accessible by those who want to travel by train to visit other cities.

A few steps from the house there are in fact the city bus stops that lead to any other area of ??Parma. A well-stocked Conad supermarket is just 200 meters away.

The Parma City Center apartment is located in an elegant modern building, equipped with a lift.

The Heart of Parma apartment is located 50 meters away, inside Palazzo Lusignani, an eighteenth-century building with a splendid newly restored facade. It is located on the second floor of staircase B of the building which is not equipped with a lift.

In both structures, although located in the city center, calm and silence reign. We wanted to create warm and welcoming environments, suitable for couples, but also for families, groups of friends or colleagues.

We then equipped them with all comforts and furnished in a functional way. Both apartments are "NO GAS", which means that only electricity is used for the kitchen, air conditioning and the production of domestic hot water.

The facilities are located within the Z. T. L. of Parma (Limited Traffic Zone) where access is allowed by car only at certain times or upon payment of a ticket.

It is possible to leave any car in the paid public car parks located in Viale Mentana, about 8-10 minutes away on foot, or at the Toschi car park or the Barilla Center car park.

From the station for those arriving by train or from the public parking lots for those with a car, by taxi, at a cost of about 7 - 8 euros, you can reach the house in a few minutes. The bus stop is about 100 meters away.
