The Antica Torre organic farm is a tiny village with medieval origins that has historical ties to various castles in Parma and Piacenza.

From its lush hills, nestled in nature and complete tranquility, it overlooks the town of Salsomaggiore Terme and the entire valley of flavors and tastes, situated between Tuscany and Lombardy, just an hour from the sea of Liguria.

For those staying at our agriturismo, breakfast offers a delightful surprise each morning: a complete immersion in natural aromas and flavors, featuring everything from organic honey to our homemade jams, and homemade tarts. To break the monotony, guests can also enjoy the savory taste of local cured meats or the rich flavor of a fresh egg.

The kitchen offers traditional dishes from the Emilia region, primarily made with ingredients sourced from its own agricultural production.

Some seasonal specialties that can be enjoyed include:
First courses: chicken broth cappelletti; herb tortelli; mushroom tagliatelle; vegetable maltagliati; prisarei with beans, etc.
.naturally, all topped with the excellent and indispensable Parmigiano Reggiano!
Main courses: oven-roasted beef; various lamb specialties; pan-cooked chicken and rabbit; braised dishes and roasts, etc.

Additionally, there are various fresh vegetables and those preserved in oil; homemade bread, fried cake served with our own cured meats or those we have aged (such as the prized Culatello or the delicate Prosciutto di Parma), and desserts and tarts made from scratch; all accompanied by good sparkling and still wines typical of the region, both white and red.

Lovely the panorama, romantic structure immersed in the peace of the gentle hills. Everything very well-kept and very clean. Excellent the tasting and the breakfast, with exquisite and genuine local products of own production, excellent the choice of wines, special the daily dishes, excellent the homemade cakes and jams, excellent the homemade liqueurs. Particularly friendly and kind the owners, they make you savor the beauty of the place making you feel at home.

Location formidabile, fabulous and friendly management, very competent. Fair value for money (only dinner excellent but a bit expensive not including a second). Ideal place for relaxation, silence and contact with nature, there's also a pool but due to the temperature being too mild we didn't use it.
