Description
In Modena, near the centre of the town, ten minutes from the commercial area where trade fairs usually take place, five minutes by car from Baggiovara Hospital, there is our new bed and breakfast -guest house (opened on December 2011).
As a little guest house can be suitable for one to four person: two adults and two children or three adults and one child. The main bedroom has a big bed for two person and in the kitchen there is a sofa which becomes a big bed where two children can sleep.
Our kitchen has two comfortable bed-sofas where you can read our books or if you prefer you can connect freely on internet with our wi-fi password.
Breakfast is served when requested in the kitchen of the guest house, if you prefer we buy you the necessary and you prepare it by yourself. We can serve it at any time on Saturdays or Sundays. On tuesdays and thursdays we can prepare you the necessary the evening before.
The guest house is at the ground floor of our family-house and shares with it a big garden: who has difficulties in movements is at ease here. Our Kitchen garden gives something in each season. Who comes here is welcome and finds the warmth of our big family but even the discretion of an apartment for him/herself with all the necessary: microwave oven, a corner with books for readings.
Small animals are welcome, but is better to tell us that you bring them with you becouse we have two cats, Dumbo and Ara, who likes to stay in our garden freely. We also have a minipond. A ping pong table is available when the weather permits it.

There are those who prefer just coffee in the morning, those who enjoy having breakfast with friends at the bar downtown and therefore prefer to only stay with us, those who prefer to prepare their own breakfast using the attached and exclusive kitchen for guests, those who prefer to have breakfast served upon waking up and enjoy a simple croissant and cappuccino, with plenty of foam and fresh whole milk from the day.
Some appreciate tasting cakes, fruit juice, biscuits, butter, jam, honey, Nutella and why not, even our famous "Modenese fried dumpling for breakfast". Some prefer the English breakfast, some the German one with cold cuts, some have particular dietary needs.. in short, we can afford to please our guests because our hospitality is truly family-oriented and we are not a business, so our rule is to try to make you feel comfortable just the way you want, just as we would like to be treated when we stay in another city.
Starting from October 2018, we will also provide a self-service breakfast option: every morning, in the kitchen of the guest house, coffee, fresh milk, biscuits, slices of cake, cookies, jams, yogurt, tea, assorted herbal teas, and cereals will be available, giving you the opportunity to use the guest house kitchen to make coffee and/or tea or to heat up your food.

We are a family, so everyone is involved.
Daddy, Luca Muzzarelli, is able to build, repair, take care of the garden and of the kitchen-garden. Mum, Francesca Poggi, keeps the guest house clean, and prepares breakfast when requested.
Our four children usually help as they are used to do for the family.

We are in the city of Modena, close to the center, near the fair area and the Modena Nord exit, and a five-minute drive from Baggiovara Hospital.
We are located on a side street off the national road Giardini.
If you are coming from the Modena Nord highway exit, you will arrive from the "tangenziale sud P. Neruda" following the signs for "via Giardini". At the end of the ring road, turn left instead of continuing straight on viale Amendola and you will find yourself on Via Giardini.
Turn right at the first side street: via Baracchi, and then immediately left onto Via Agnini. Via Artioli is the parallel street to via Baracchi, which is immediately on the left.
It is a street closed to traffic from the Via Giardini side, so you can park on Via Agnini or enter the street to load and unload luggage at number 21. Please ring the bell at number 19.

B&B located 5 minutes by car from the historic center. The apartment is private with the possibility to cook. The owner offers the option to park the car inside. Very clean and every morning she comes to tidy up the bathroom and the room. The lack of a television is not a problem as with the Wi-Fi connection via iPad/notebook you can still manage.
