I was at the property for work reasons and it was close, so very convenient. The property is new, spacious, bright, with a beautiful quiet terrace despite being close to a busy road. It is not in Parma, by car it can be reached in 10-15 minutes. Surely, if I had to come back to the area, to keep in mind.

We have given a low rating based on the following reasons: 1- The owner was out of Italy and there was no one waiting for us upon our arrival. After the intervention of two neighbors, the mother who was unaware of everything was tracked down and settled us in the first available apartment she found. 2- Throughout the stay, the expansion works of the structure were disturbing from early morning (one morning they started hammering at 7:15 am) until late evening. 3- Due to the works, the bar restaurant was closed. 4- The furniture left much to be desired for safety.

Overall, the structure is good, functional and clean. The only inconvenience is the noise that develops in the evening because in the ground floor venue of the building, music is played and people dance until late at night.
