Ero presso la struttura per motivi di lavoro ed era vicina a quindi molto comoda.
La struttura e nuova spaziosa luminosa una bella terrazza silenziosa nonostante sia vicino ad una strada trafficata.
Non è in Parma in auto si raggiunge in 10-15 minuti.
Sicuramente dovessi tornare in zona da tener presente.

Abbiamo dato una valutazione bassa in base ai seguenti motivi:
1- Il titolare era fuori dall'Italia e al nostro arrivo non c'era nessuno ad attenderci. Dopo l'interessamento di due vicini di casa è stata rintracciata la madre che era all'oscuro di tutto e ci ha sistemati nel primo appartamento libero che ha trovato.
2- Durante tutto il soggiorno, i lavori di ampliamento della struttura disturbavano dal mattino presto (una mattina hanno iniziato a martellare dalle ore 7:15), fino a sera inoltrata.
3- Sempre a causa dei lavori, il bar ristorante era chiuso.
4- L'arredamento lasciava molto a desiderare per la sicurezza.

Buona complessivamente la struttura, funzionale e pulita. L'unico inconveniente è il rumore che si sviluppa alla sera perché nel locale a piano terra dell'immobile si suona e balla fino a tarda notte.
